I’ve done this before during lockdown and got down to a decent weight but slowly gone back up. I keep starting and then doing well and then self sabtogage and gain it all. It’s such a problem. So I’m taking it 1 week at a time. And writing on here to keep me on straight and narrow

day 1
weight 11.6 . Bmi 25.5
goal weight 10.8

this is post 4 days of self sabotage so should come off very quickly I was 11.1 4 days ago so should be water. And then will start slowing down

today plan
brocolli and Stilton soup at 11ish
feta stuffed chicken with a side salad of leaves and avacado at 4ish

I can do this. I usually eat 3 small meals but I ate so much last night I’m not hungry!

I've spent the night getting frustrated trying dresses on! AF due so I shouldn't of bothered!

Fasted till 11:30
Chicken, roast peppers, tomato and lettuce and humus
2 choc hob nobs
Salt and pepper tofu
2 choc hob nobs
Greek yoghurt, blueberries and mixed seeds

1200 cals and 85g protein

Weigh in tomorrow could go either way 🤦‍♀️

Good work @jelly79 imsure u will have dropped a little at 1200?
I did a hit class which i hadn’t planned - but then had a small glass of wine with my SIL!
also unsure how tmrw will go but ended on 1200 too….

10.7 for me so +1 from last Friday.

I have been hit and miss this week and AF is looming! With a weekend away next week and the wedding I need to keep my head on this weekend

I lost 0.7 pounds this week (very disappointing) meaning a total of 6.2 pounds in two weeks. I feel slimmer though so carrying on. Two weeks until a weekend away so would be good to lose a few more.
mackerel pate and pepper for brunch. Chicken and veg for dinner. Lots of cups of tea.

pizza and wine - oops!! But going to limit the damage control and not go crazy!

hit session - making it 30 mins

sat I can be super good. But Sunday have my family big celebratory lunch.

I am clear however for ten days from
monday but then go on holiday for 5 nights! I really want to be 10.8 before I go….which may be doable if I focus on my carbs in the lead up

@jelly79 What can you plan in for this weekend to stay on track? Is there any danger zones this weekend?

@Smartmove and @Chunkymonkey123 Sounds like you both have a plan of action over the coming weeks.

I was 10:10:6 again this morning so stayed the same.

I don't have a real plan for this weekend - I'll allow some treats and a drink as usual but try not to over indulge and make the job too hard next week to get the 1.6lb loss I want.

Will try to pick up the running again

I shall exercise both Saturday and Sunday, hit my steps and focus on protein but enjoy some treats!

Oh dear - 10:12:1 today which is +1.5lb

Over indulged on food and drink yesterday.

No alcohol and only food prepared at home for me today.

Will try to do 2-3 miles as some point today - feel a bit achy from run yesterday but will take is slow.

Plenty water.

Your run gave me the push but it was a reluctant one! All done.

I ate chocolate at 8pm last night that I didn't want really!

Fasted till 1pm today after my run!

L homemade granola, yoghurt and fruit
Said no to ice cream but finished BFs mindlessly! WTF

Making a little party tea tonight but have been sensible with the list' will have that about 6 and then close my jaw 🤣🙌

Hi girls!
I didn’t bother to weigh I polished off a bottle of wine and a pizza and cheesecake and ended up eating till 11!!!
this am soo hungover but I’ve stayed away from carbs but I haven’t had the Will to count calories so prob be in 1500 rang but 30/40 g carbs. Tmrw is celebration
so Monday will be a gain BUT

im going to do a 9 day challenge if no alcohol and no sugar except dark choc for 9 days and I’m sure I’ll loose it quickly?!

We're all as bad as each other on a weekend!

I didn't end up running today although no alcohol.

Had a late lunch so not had dinner yet, not sure what to go for yet.

Oops! Well I’m clear next weekend doing nothing and going to have a stright 9 days of no alchol or sugar until my holiday . Starts Monday if u wanna join me! Surely I can do 9 days???

hopefully some damage limitation on this free flowing alchol and food lunch event!
coming home and cooking for week - low carb , high nutrition, filling food. Need to buckle down like I was at start of this!

Just having a morning coffee and procrastinating on whether to go for a run and if so how far to run.

Will try to avoid alcohol today but if we head to the pub o will want a pint.

I dread to think of my weight tmrw. But it will come off quickly if I stay on plan! Dh is just hiding the choc we have in the house so I’m not tempted and he’s joining in with the no alchol Will holiday so hoping there’s gonna be a wooosh!

You will really feel the difference 9 days if AF!! You can do it!

I didn't eat really till 2pm but had a few halloumi fries. Then made baked cod, potatoes and roast veg with half a brownie afterwards.

Had all the chocolates last night though!

Done a shirt hiit this morning and havent hit my move goal today! Not a terrible weekend but not enough protein or water!

5 clear days now until my weekend away 🙌

I’ve not been doing 800 this weekend but still less than 2000 but judging by the scales tonight I’m going to be in for a shock tomorrow! Hoping it’s because I’ve been eating white bread etc. so will be water weight 😳 I have noticed that I’m not massively hungry which is good though.
Back on it tomorrow, really want to lose my back rolls before my holiday!

When is that 4lb on from?

I'm 10:13:4 this morning so a good 3lb I'm over the weekend and 1lb up from this time last Monday.

That's a whopping 4.5lb I want to lose by Thursday - very unlikely!

If I can at least get back to 10:10 by Thursday so overall it's a stay the same I'll take that.

My god, why do I do it to myself. Need to break this cycle for sure.

4 pound will be water weight, particularly if you drunk alcohol yesterday.
I am one pound on which is ok and I’m going to be on plan all this week.
eggs for lunch (always 😂) then chicken and veg for dinner
