I’ve done this before during lockdown and got down to a decent weight but slowly gone back up. I keep starting and then doing well and then self sabtogage and gain it all. It’s such a problem. So I’m taking it 1 week at a time. And writing on here to keep me on straight and narrow

day 1
weight 11.6 . Bmi 25.5
goal weight 10.8

this is post 4 days of self sabotage so should come off very quickly I was 11.1 4 days ago so should be water. And then will start slowing down

today plan
brocolli and Stilton soup at 11ish
feta stuffed chicken with a side salad of leaves and avacado at 4ish

I can do this. I usually eat 3 small meals but I ate so much last night I’m not hungry!

Dress shopping was unsuccessful and I felt really bloated but I have eaten all day! Fasting now!

I’m not 10.11 :(

And I’m out tonight. Hoping to choose correct food items but I know I’ll drink . Will do a long HIT and be good in the lead but def end up again tmrw ;(

maybe Tuesday I’ll be back there? And then I have a very social weekend so I really need to focus Sunday - Friday if I want to get below 10.11.

You can defo do it! What do you drink? I am a wine and cocktail girl so the worst choices

We are going to a gig later, getting out for a walk now and decided not to fast today but just eat as much protein as possible!

Yes I love wine! I should have gin which I do enjoy but I know I’ll want wine so no point pretending 🙈

it’s ok Sunday to Friday I have nothing on and have meal planned and it will come off. I should have got back onto plan after the hen instead of wasting 4 days on top of it! Suppose that’s life!

BBQ chicken, rice and beans

Also had two glasses Prosecco so not alcohol free but a very limited amount of alcohol for a Saturday.

Not a bad day for the weekend - I was 10:11 this morning so interesting to see where I am in the morning.

Out for dinner and may be tempted to have one or two drinks with it. (Will try to resist pudding)

Just laying the foundations for a possible gain tomorrow but is shouldn't be too catastrophic and I think I should be able to get the 10:10 I'm aiming for by Thursday.

Just about to get sorted to go out for a run, thinking a super slow 3 miles.

anyways I didn’t weigh today given to the huge intake of alcohol consumption that occurred yest! But I have a clear week though some challenging work situations where I will be facing food and need to take care but I’ve meal planned all week and am very focussed on gettin to 10.10/10.9 by end of next week

Ended on 950 as had a small bit of dark choc
Carbs been very low
feeling full and pushed through that hangover carb feel. Hoping I’m less bloated tmrw and weight starts falling off me! Am annoyed as to how long it’s taking me to get back to where I left off!

I've just finished a honeycomb aero to wrap up the weekend after my roast dinner today! 11k steps today but food this weekend has been questionable

24k steps yesterday but I had chips and gravy at the gig 🤪

Back to it tomorrow - will get some cooking / food prep done

@jelly79 Honeycomb aero sounds stunning! I saw a honeycomb Yorkie this weekend - had to leave that in the shop.

15k steps today so smashed my 10k target.

Breakfast was Jordan's strawberry crunch
Few coffees
3 x alcohol drinks
Massive roast
Cookie for pudding

Feeling full - expecting gain tomorrow but hopefully not too bad then go for a few decent days.

10:12:3 today which is up 1.5lb from yesterday

However, compared to last Monday (post weekend weigh) I'm a pound down.

So overall going in the right direction and hopefully capable of losing that 2.3lb by Thursday to get to the elusive 10:10.

Weekends are hard!!!

I haven't weighed this morning and started fasting about 7pm last night so need to hold off till 11 today to get back on track! Haven't weighed today but will have a check tomorrow

Need to get the gym at lunchtime - it's so rainy today walking will be a challenge

Having one of those extra starving days. Af is a few days away so maybe the cause. Anyways I’ve stuck to plan but had to have an extra babybel and some nuts to keep me going. I’m actually still starving despite having had my sebass!
ending on 1100 which isn’t great for me to loose on tbh but will have to do!

Hungry days are the worst and I often give in. Closing on 1100 isn't too bad.

I've had

Coffee x3 squash x2
Cereal - strawberry crunch
Mackerel and poached egg salad
Steak, potato and salad
Glass red wine - had to have it with the steak!

Also did a home weights session. Too windy to go for a run.

Shit there is still time for me to have something sweet but will try not to.

Today was a slog for me!

10:30-6:30
B - toast and almond butter with banana
L - chicken and peas with Korma
T - 2 pork steaks and Olives and coleslaw
S - 6 squares caramel and protein shake

30 mins in the gym cardio / arms
13k steps

Felt sluggish and dehydrated all day! I need to start tomorrow differently x

I went to bed early and feel a bit better today - was in a really flat mood yesterday!

I am eating out tonight so will try to fast till 12 today - will walk between work to keep busy as I feel like I could eat everything already!

not to worry @jelly79 as long u get back asap it’s fine don’t mess around for nearly 2 weeks going on and off like me!!! If I get to 10.11 tmrw I’ve effectively stayed sane weight for 2 weeks - eye roll!!

also love sashimi yum!

Didn’t get sashimi in end was in such a rush and ended up having a sandwhich. I’m in cals at 1000 but my carbs r up at 65 usually I try for 30/40 so unsure what impact that will have ! But my cals r low so fingers crossed?!

Not had sushimi not sure what it is but I do like sushi.

Caramel latte
3x easy peelers
2x poached egg on one toast with side salad
Chicken chorizo and rice one pot with mushrooms and garlic plus side salad
Coffee / squash
Glass red wine (okay two)
Finishing off with a tub of strawberries for pudding.

No exercise 5.5k steps
