I’ve done this before during lockdown and got down to a decent weight but slowly gone back up. I keep starting and then doing well and then self sabtogage and gain it all. It’s such a problem. So I’m taking it 1 week at a time. And writing on here to keep me on straight and narrow

day 1
weight 11.6 . Bmi 25.5
goal weight 10.8

this is post 4 days of self sabotage so should come off very quickly I was 11.1 4 days ago so should be water. And then will start slowing down

today plan
brocolli and Stilton soup at 11ish
feta stuffed chicken with a side salad of leaves and avacado at 4ish

I can do this. I usually eat 3 small meals but I ate so much last night I’m not hungry!

Still want to be at 10:10 by Thursday, which is a pound off from last Thursday.

Things to help get me there

Eat 12-8 only - May change this to 11-7
Drink at least 1.5L water
10k steps
Low carb where I can - but won't cut completely
Consider alcohol free week / weekend

Ate 10-5

B 3 eggs, 4 chicken sausages and a few beans
L protein yoghurt, seeds, strawberries and maple
T - Bolognese no pasta
Hardly any water and feel so tired

14k steps

Need to go to bed early and get a spring in my step tomorrow

Good food and decent steps.

Eating 11:30-7:30
Good amount of water
Few coffees (but no latte)
Leftovers curry for lunch and again for dinner
Few small potatoes
9.5k steps - just shy of my 10k target but loads better than efforts last week.

Will keep carbs down and protein up

I'm 10:13:2 this morning which is 0.02lb down

I was hungry today so have eaten a kiwi already. Just having a coffee so not IF today. Will try to eat dinner a bit earlier though and not have anything else after.

Plan is omelette for lunch and gammon mash and beans for dinner.

Loads of water and try to get the 10k steps today.

As Thursday is my formal weigh day, I have my work cut out over the next couple of days to not see an overall gain from last week. Miles away from my 10:10 goal for this week!

Had to fight the chocolate and coffee cravings today! I am ovulating so generally feeling headachy and tired.

B - porridge and syrup
L - Bolognese and salad
S - yoghurt, seeds and fruit
S - cracker and a biscuit

Not enough water today!

Water aside that's a good day.

My food and drink went to plan plus another kiwi.

Only 4.8k steps though.

Hoping my weight will drop a bit by the morning and feeling a bit bloated.

10:13:2 today which is the same as yesterday.

I won't make my 10:10 goal by tomorrow so would be happy at this point to lose 2lb overnight so I'm the same weight as I was last Thursday, rather than a potential gain. It's unlikely but will see what I can do today.

Shreddies and coffee
Not sure on lunch yet - maybe omelette again
Salmon and veg
Loads of water and couple more coffees
Snack on kiwi if needed

MUST hit my 10k steps today without fail.

@hollyblueivy I used to struggle to do more than 5k steps when working (at home) now I just keep walking round the block! It gets addictive and they really rack up - good luck!

I am day 3 of a hormonal headache so feeling crap :(

10s 6.6 on the scales this morning so hoping for a little more by Fridays weigh in!

I am super hungry but will push my fast out by going for a walk soon! Making a lamb roast for tea tonight and it's all I can think of now 😂

Lamb roast sounds lovely. Is that how you mostly get your steps, from walking around the block? Is that all in one go or several times per day?

I finally got a good 13k steps in today, which included a 4 mile walk listening to a podcast.

Food has been good today, just sorting my salmon and peppers for dinner and may add some rice.

Likely to be an overall gain tomorrow compared to last Thursday. Think that should encourage me to go alcohol free this weekend to properly get the weight back on track.

Yeah if I have 20 mins or need to make a mobile call I'll do it walking and then do some bigger walks when I can.

I didn't do anything do any specific walks today but managed 11.5 just nipping out when I can

Ooh salmon and rice sounds nice! Lamb roast was good and I am finding it so much easier just starting my fast rather than battling the munchies all night

Hi girls sorry re silence! I lost my way. I really struggled to get back on track due to waking sugar monster and also being incredible hungover and tired so couldn’t manage getting back on. Anyways I’m back on now! Damage atm is I’m 10.13.2 this am so gained 2 from last wed. Doh. Anyways super good today!

Boiled eggs
cheese for snack
at work meeting so will go for protein only hopefully something suitable (I know it’s hot food so won’t be sandwhiches)
prawns and runner beans

@hollyblueivy sorry it’s not moved much. Normal to have some slower weeks and plateaus plus weekends do make it though. Sure it will be off and closer to goal next week. I’m only out on sat night this week so really need to Focus to get to ideally 10.9 by next Sunday.

Good to see you back and hope you're feeling much more human now!

I'm 10:12:6 this morning which is -0.07 from yesterday but up from 10:11:2 last Thursday so a gain on the week of over 1lb and certainly not the 10:10 I'd hoped by today.

The 10:10 goal will roll on to next Thursday and I think I'm going to have to stay sober this weekend to help things along. Also get back into moving more.

19k steps done but I've cleaned the house tonight with a podcast to distract me from sitting and wanting to snack as I had tea really early!

@Smartmove Hope you're on the way to being where you want for Saturday morning. Have you got a lighter weekend this time?

I'm 10:11:5 today so just over a pound off from yesterday and that bloated feeling I've had all week has subsided.

Friday is here again, that was a super quick week! Given the last two weekends of over indulging I really need to be mindful of what I'm eating and drinking.

Only got 7k steps yesterday so will be making sure the 10k is hit today - that does seem to make a difference.

im still 10.13. Serves me right. I think if I really watch my calories and carbs I could make 10.11 tmrw but I doubt it!!!!!!

I am out on sat night so annoying!!! And wine will be had but nothing in day or on Sunday….will do an extra long HiT class and stick to fish on menu?

2x weetabix / raspberries / banana and custard yogurt
Battered Fish / sweet potato / beans

10.5k steps with a 3 mile walk

Actually feel so much better when I take the time out to go for a walk. Will try to throw in a couple of runs too next week.

Been a good day. Friday - no alcohol.
