I’ve done this before during lockdown and got down to a decent weight but slowly gone back up. I keep starting and then doing well and then self sabtogage and gain it all. It’s such a problem. So I’m taking it 1 week at a time. And writing on here to keep me on straight and narrow

day 1
weight 11.6 . Bmi 25.5
goal weight 10.8

this is post 4 days of self sabotage so should come off very quickly I was 11.1 4 days ago so should be water. And then will start slowing down

today plan
brocolli and Stilton soup at 11ish
feta stuffed chicken with a side salad of leaves and avacado at 4ish

I can do this. I usually eat 3 small meals but I ate so much last night I’m not hungry!

10:12:6 today which is down -1.5

Will try to get some fibre in today to keep things moving along.

Food plan is
Morning snack - boiled egg
Lunch - might have mackerel on toast again
Dinner - chilli with small amount of rice and salad

Few coffees and hopefully loads of water.

Just realised if I eat the morning snack my 8 hour eating window will start earlier.

You won't be too far off where you wanted to be for the hen, certainly no one would know just from looking at you. Where are you off to for that?

Good plan. I decided to have avacado with my cod so calories r 900 and got some fibre.
we going to Manchester on wed night so can behave wed day at least

@Smartmove how good is that feeling when you feel more confident and have more choice of what to wear because everything fits better! Go you!!!

I have just got back from a big walk and I am knackered!

B 2 toast and sardines, Greek yoghurt, 2 tbsp granola, flaxseed, maple and raisins
T pastrami and salad wrap with some crisp
S skinny bar

16:8 ✅
28k steps ✅
39 min cardio hit ✅

Need to eat more protein!!

@jelly79 - I've been listening to that podcast too, it's taking me a while to get through it as it's quite a long one.

Didn't have the boiled egg, lunch went to plan and had chilli for dinner. But went back for seconds when I should have stopped and then had some ice cream. Feel like I could stay the same tomorrow now.

Didn't do any exercise today and only 5k steps - must do better tomorrow.

I am meeting my friend for coffee this morning at 9 and I am fasting until 10 so will be very tempted by everything in sight I am sure!

Had a weigh this morning and am 10s 7.8 🎉

10.11! stood on scales 3 times but that’s what it’s telling me :) so I did get there for today.

I'm 10:11:5 this morning which is -1.1 from yesterday and places me back where I was Saturday morning.

Don't get me wrong I enjoyed the weekend, but it certainly takes a good few days to get back to where you were before making progress. I don't have crazy plans this weekend so will try to be a bit mindful.

Great work @hollyblueivy i find however many days off plan it takes that many to get back to what u were before. I think those people who just diet and don’t fall off plan for weeks on end are amazing coz I certainly can’t do that. I’ll end up spending most of next week trying to get back to 10.11 which is a total waste. I’ve just done a hit and eating low carbs till tonight - hopefully I’ll be so drunk on 2 drinks I’ll save some money?!

@hollyblueivy thank you lovely! I don't as so static between 10.12 and 11.2 for so long but IF seems to be really working for me! I can celebrate 1st off when I get to 10.3 which will feel like an achievement but I may reassess to go to 9.13 as I'd love to see the 9 on the scales again!

What about you? What's your goals? X

@jelly79 i don’t think I’ve ever seen 9 on my scales! I had set 10.7 as goal but I’m thinking will change this once I get there to 10.3 which is my lowest weight in adult life and a bmi of 23. I’ve never been slim always been higher end of bmi I’m tallish so can hide it but my mum tum is so much more obvious now I can’t hide it anymore!

That sounds like a great goal and I think we need to see how we are because losing too much comes off your face and can make me look older 🤔🤪

My goal is around another 7lb off.

Lunch was a sandwich
Dinner was salmon and white rice
Snacked on beef slices and 3x boiled eggs
Also had some chocolate

Been hungry and tired today. No exercise again.

B - 3 chicken sausages, 2 eggs, chopped tomatoes
No lunch
T - BBQ!! Burger in a bun, chicken drumstick, rib and a mint magnum
Enjoyed it!!

Legs workout this morning 30mins

10:11:2 which is -0.2lb on yesterday

Think that's exactly the same as I was last Thursday and I keep Thursday as a formal weigh day.

Not surprised given the weekend and glad to have got the weekend weight off. Onto the next pound off, I'd like to be 10:10:00 next Thursday

S protein shakes

All the steps!

(Weigh in tomorrow and a really shitty day ahead so want to walk it off rather than comfort eat!)

Eating and steps plan sounds good.

Yet another day no exercise for me - not sure where the time is going. I've done 7.5k steps today.

Food wise I've had cheese scone, 3 x boiled eggs, latte and some chicken.

Checking in girls! Well done to u both. No well dones to me! Have been drunk for about 48 hours st! Back on sat with an honest weigh in and focus until my next social event which is July 1st and just one night off. Should hopefully get it all off in a few days

does dancing count as excercise ?!

Lots of water, herbal tea and 1 coffee

1 30 minute HIIT

10:11 exactly this morning. 1lb off is aim for this week by next Thursday.

As it's Friday I just need to keep a decent amount of control for the weekend and try to get some exercise in.

Saying it and doing it on a weekend is the challenge.

@hollyblueivy well done!! Weekends are always tough and I have always had the f*ck it it's the weekend mentality but I read the weekend is actually 43% of the week! Alcohol was always the driver for me!

I lost 2lbs from last weeks weigh in! 10st 7.2lbs

I have a chilled weekend so lots of walking!

Well done on your loss, that's great progress! Would you say that's down to pulling it back on weekends? Are you not drinking at all at the moment?
