I’ve done this before during lockdown and got down to a decent weight but slowly gone back up. I keep starting and then doing well and then self sabtogage and gain it all. It’s such a problem. So I’m taking it 1 week at a time. And writing on here to keep me on straight and narrow

day 1
weight 11.6 . Bmi 25.5
goal weight 10.8

this is post 4 days of self sabotage so should come off very quickly I was 11.1 4 days ago so should be water. And then will start slowing down

today plan
brocolli and Stilton soup at 11ish
feta stuffed chicken with a side salad of leaves and avacado at 4ish

I can do this. I usually eat 3 small meals but I ate so much last night I’m not hungry!

Today was a disaster. Carbs carbs wine biscuits more carbs. Anyway tmrw I’m back on! Only 3 days to hen would love to be 10.11 for it . Am feeling good today my clothes fit and I can tell I’ve lost weight. I however still look big can’t imagine 10.7 will be right weight for it

I'm also nose diving off the wagon today! Couple of glasses of wine and curry on order!

Had a massive ham baguette at lunch.

Hoping I won't go for something sweet after the curry.

I bet you don't look as big as what you think of you're the smallest you've been in 10 years.

Didn’t weigh this am. Needless to say last night was alcohol and icecream fuelled! Prob consumed 2000 plus calories!

Hope you enjoyed your day and are not feeling too rough today.

I enjoyed my curry and couple of wines. Don't feel like I'll need a drink today though which means only one day of alcohol this week. Food won't be the best today though as our most of the day, so will enjoy but not go mad.

10:12:8 today which is +1.3lb

Expect another gain tomorrow and then back to the grind Monday.

Did a walk yesterday and likely no exercise today as have a blister - hopefully that will sort quickly so I can get back to it.

@hollyblueivy pretty sure my scales would have said similar. Im ok - I had half a bottle of wine I don’t drink thattttt often so was a lot for me. And a curry while kids slept. Was good fun :)

I’ve just had yoghurt and flaxseed

out tonight for Father’s Day not doing pizza now but sticking to chicken tikka on the menu should come in at 1000

about to do my HIT class. Got 3 days till I go off plan for 3 days so need to focus today!

@hollyblueivy i think that’s def part of the issue. I think I’m bunged up. I’m prob not having enough fruit and veg as watching my carbs but I’m going to up it and have berries this am and have planned chicken kimchi cauliflower rice thing from the fast 800 book which looks fibre full!

I think also my bmi is 24.6 now so expecting huge amounts to drop off isn’t going to happen like before. Hopefully it will move tmrw :(

how was ur weigh in

Have you tried MCT oil? It's great for keeping you going and really healthy fats so great if you are low carbs / keto x

Hello all!!! I am just had a busy but very chilled weekend, enjoyed some treats and lots of walking but stuck to fasting 16:8 and no alcohol! I never stick to anything on a weekend but I am finding fasting so easy atm!

Plans for the week ahead everyone....?

I've just done some food prep of cauliflower and chick pea curry. Vegetable and lentil bake! I had loads of veg I wanted to use up!

My aim is 4 x HIIT and 2 x runs this week! 15k steps a day, 16:8 fasting! Hoping to be 10st 8.0 by Friday which will be 1.5 off so a bit optimistic!

That was a depressing weigh in. Yest went off rails too had ice cream and take away (not just the tikka)
result is a 3 pound gain over weekend so am 11.0.8 which isn’t great. But I only have myself to blame!
back to it def won’t manage 10.11 for hen :(

@jelly79 you're doing great, you need to take the motivation where it comes and that can be really handy for the weekends.

I've overindulged this weekend for sure, had another takeaway last night and had a pint. Overall alcohol intake has been low but diet not the best.

Clearly showing on scales as 11:01 this morning which is another 1.3lb on
(2.6lb total over weekend!)

I'll be chasing my tail this week now trying to get that off before making progress on where I was last week. Oh well, I had a good time.

I like your plan for this week. Keep us updated on how that's going.

I'll have a think about my plan for this week.

Ending on 950 and managed a 15 min hit session - wasn’t very energetic but it’s better than nothing. Was meant to be 900 and I caved on some dark choc. Hopefully dropped some of my weekend bloat

IF complete today (realised I clean mum more of a night time to avoid snacking watching the telly 🤣)

BF - 2 boiled eggs and 1 toast, protein yoghurt some granola, raisins and maple syrup
L - cauliflower and chick pea curry
T - veg and lentil bake and salad
S - 2 skinny whip bars

12k steps (I am now horizontal so I know there will be no more!)

Aims for this week per day

At least 1.5l water
At least 10k steps
16:8 - eating between 12-8pm with exception of coffee
Try to pack in lots of fruit / veg / salad
Low on carbs where possible

I want that 2.6lb off and potentially a little bit more.
