I've run out of calories and I have really bad PMT. I think I medically need chocolate.

dark choc? I had 40 cals of cheese as was about to let my mind start wondering about the cheesecake in the fridge. So actually ending on 968 which is average but not great. Will try harder tmrw for 800

On plan and kitchen closed! Eggs, halloumi and peppers for lunch, beef fajita bake for dinner. Plus loads of tea with milk.

@MistySkiesAreGone, what about a tiny cup of cocoa with honey to sweeten?

The scales were mean to me :( I have had a 9 day binge. Prob take all week to get me back to 11.1 :( can’t bring myself to post it

How is it looking for you @xraydelta & @MistySkiesAreGone ? My scales gave me another.2kg off so slight possibility of getting to first target of under 58kg by two week mark tomorrow morning. Only 200g to go. 🤞

brekkie was bacon and mushrooms
lunch will be a tin of toms plus green veg and a few prawns & spice
dinner maybe a sausage and veg?

Today I had planned spiced plums for breakfast then broccoli and blue cheese soup with a small piece a portion of goats cheese frittata for lunch and bolognase for dinner but I'm not sure I'll have time for 3 meals as I forgot I'm on a training course all afternoon. I'm at the gym tonight too.

I basically ate nhs toast and digestive biscuits for 48 hours and then take away when dh came out of hospital and then wine to celebrate him being better . My own fault

anyways today look set to end on 840 and 6g carbs(????). That includes a lot of brocolli and avacado not sure how it’s so low….be great if I don’t need anything else I’ve found out I have 2 months till a 40th party and I can’t go looking like this!

The scales were mean to me too, @Addidas - first try was 11.1, which would have meant losing 3lbs overnight, and then when I shifted them slightly they went back to 11.4 and stayed there. Evil bastard scales.

Today marks the end of 12 weeks of strict Fast 800 for me.

In three months I have...

Lost nearly 3 stone (38.5lbs).
Lost 17% of my original weight.
Gone from a BMI of 34.5 to 28.8.
I haven’t measured but I think I’ve gone from size 20/22 to an easy size 14/16.

I’ve also nearly completed nine weeks of Couch 2 5K - I can now run for 30 mins! Just one more run to go.

And today I’ve just come home from
a work trip where I held it together and I’ve fallen off the rails (I was hungry and tired and chocolate found me).

The next stage of the journey starts tomorrow.

I’ve closed at 920 and 8g carbs and have a banging headache and feel cold

@Addidas it will happen. I know how depressing it is. I am still not back at my pre Christmas mid December weight. I am so frustrated and won't feel I am making progress until I am under that. I had lost a tiny teeny bit this morning, but nothing special 😔

Are you taking vitamins? You sound like me a few weeks ago. I am trying to make much more of an effort with vitamins and fish oil. I am fed up of feeling ill.

Today I had Greek salad and chicken broth for lunch and I have just had endamame bean mash with halloumi and a sprinkling of seaweed.

I am heading to a gym class for 6 and then yoga straight afterwards.

@Tailrunner I was never a morning person either, but once I got into the habit, it's become easier. I just don't have time in the evenings generally as every evening other than Tuesday, I am driving teenagers around places 🤷🏻‍♀️

At least first thing in the morning means it's out the way and I can get back and have a coffee in peace before anyone else wakes up 😆 ☕️

Cravings gone today! It was an emotional eating thing. Back on it. Was up 1.2lbs, but still down overall.

On 780 cals so room for some 0% yoghurt and raspberries later then closing the kitchen.

@Anewagain Aww your post made me smile. You should be really proud and I hope that has given you confidence that it works. Look forward to hearing about the next stage - 5/2?

I did not do well in the last 48 hours. 🤦‍♀️ Horrendously stressful at work and gave in to temptation.

However. Need to draw a line under that and move on. I'm feeling quite sicky today so plan to have a dairy free smoothie and work from there.

Thank you so much everyone. It’s amazing how different I am three months in and I’m loving wearing all my old clothes again. I feel so much better in myself.

Picking myself today. Chocolate led to take away and ice cream.

Two stone to go until I reach healthy. I’m now moving on to 5:2 which will be harder for me to get into a rhythm with. The key for me will likely be to still follow Fast 800 closely but to add just 200-400 calories on non-fast days.

Pancakes are a weakness of mine too— I love them and usually have them with chocolate Good on you for just having two small ones @TooExtraImmatureCheddar
You can do this @ts96 I don’t feel great after take away and the other snacks yesterday either. When I went out for ice cream I also bought healthy food for today to make it easier to pick myself up - including strawberries as a sweet treat.

So good to see positive results.
I can't add to that annoyingly!

Between 800-900 calories of good protein and veg a day.
Coming in under 20g of carbs.
Exercise most days.
Upping my water to 2.5 litres which admittedly is really hard work and STILL no weight loss.
My BMI is in the slightly red bit of the chart so I do need to lose this extra weight!!

@OhCobblers keep going. I think those who excercise a lot see slower results it’s happening but just not on scales . Can u measure ur waist and arms and then look at those too?

im 2 off overnight.

@OhCobblers maybe up the fibre? Veg are free calories.

Under 20g of carb seems extremely low. Metabolism may differ but I can lose weight on 45g of carb a day. What is your fat intake?

Ridiculously outing if anyone I know reads this, but I have completely buggered my right wrist at the gym last night 😔

Max codeine, ice etc and I still couldn't sleep, so I ate some bread and chocolate.

I am now at a second hospital for more X-rays and scans, but exercise is definitely out for a long time. In fact, putting on my own bra, washing my hair and doing up my own shoes is also out. I also discovered how very difficult it is to clean my teeth left handed.

I don't know what this will do, as I will lose muscle and fitness. I also can't cook! Fuck knows how I am going to manage.

I'm going to try and stick to plan as much as I can, but I am utterly miserable right now 😔

The private hospital has better black coffee than the nhs one last night though so I haven't veered off plan yet today.
