Well I didn't do very well yesterday.
yoghurt and blueberries for breakfast, dh made me a lovely salad for week. All going well.
came home from work, finished work for the week, after picking up ds1 and ds2 from different locations, time was very tight, and got into bed! I was a bit low diabetically, (first time in ages) so had a tiny bit of lucozade and a chocolate classic biscuit. God it was yummy. Oh dear.
Then I made Mosley lamb meatballs, cumin, paprika, 5 spice, pine nuts, really tasty. Did those in pita breads for ds's. For dh and me made spinach, chickpea, balsamic, lemon, cucumber, spring onion, pomegranate salad. Dh didn't like it.
The bloody pomegranate went everywhere, all over the walls, cupboard, IN the cupboards that were closed, IN the drawer that were closed, IN the fridge that was closed.
I drank a bottle of red and a bag of Jacobs Thai sweet chilli cracker crisps. Which is about 800 calories for the bag! I ate my daily allowance in one go and that doesn't even account for the wine. Not good.
