13 min yogalates then 10 min bed time yoga. Probably ought to do some cardio tomorrow!

A another walk with challenging gradients

Yesterday was 12m yogalates (day 17 of the 30 day challenge) then 8m cardio and some wall press ups. Keep on keeping on!

Friday had my impacted wisdom tooth removed. Took the dentist an hour - had to come out in slivers. (She had to cut away 'quite a bit' of the jaw around it...Yeesh!)

Have been a bit sore, very swollen and extremely bruised. Swelling has gone down a lot and the bruising had faded a bit so went to one class yesterday - Active for Life.

15 minutes on bike, 6kg weights for side raises, biceps curls and hammer curls.

ETA 2 minutes on SPARC at the end. Running has given me more confidence with slopes, so moved it to mid slope and level 5.

I have
Tuesday hard core core, and hard Pilates.
Wednesday swim 60x25m, and then a glutes and hamstring class.
Today a delicious 100x25m swim, and medium Pilates!

I’m on holiday but the hotel has a gym so I’m still exercising! Doing my running on the treadmill (too hot to run outside)!

3k run
Yoga flow (15 mins)
Swim (25 mins)

Had a couple of other swims but they were far too leisurely to count as exercise!

I broke my wisdom tooth because I grind my teeth and after the 3rd attempt to mend it failed I had it extracted, not much fun but better afterwards so commiserations @WearyAuldWumman hope it settles down soon, yikes…

Yes, I had similar before - one extracted after it broke under the drill on the last attempt to fill it and one after a gum specialist said it would be better to yank it out. (It had been filled at least twice, probably more. I didn't even know that it was a wisdom tooth.)

Those two came out really easily, thank goodness.
