28 min yoga, plus will get to 10 k steps.

Yesterday was 20 min dance workout then 4 min freestyle jumping around to an old fave dance track. And 11k steps and 6km cycling.

I was booked in for a 45 minute Body Balance today, but it was a cover instructor who took us for 'Les Mills Hatha Yoga' instead.

Other than that, walked to church and on the road back decided to try jogging on my own. Managed to jog uphill for one minute and thought that I was going to expire...Walked the rest of the way.

94, I guess, if you count the accidental yoga class.

I have another hour of qi gong while at a soggy camping retreat.
Then just 40x25m swim as there is a problem with the pool temperature and it was chilly!

I meant to say about your run club @WearyAuldWumman- I am a massive fan of couch to 5k. Those intervals you are doing are quite tough and the idea is to build up and avoid injury. You’re doing really well (very jealous I can’t run)

Yet another accidental yoga class!

Was supposed to Body Conditioning, but the Strength Yoga instructor took it instead. Fell over (whilst on the mat) a couple of times, but it was good fun. 45 minutes.

Then Senior Flex - cardio, stretches, upper body work with weights - two 3.7kg for some exercises and one 7.5 kg plate for others. 45 minutes.

Used the track to do my Run Club homework - 8 intervals, one minute jogging for each. Didn't think I'd manage - was very sore after yesterday - but the jogging actually seemed to ease things off.

Today 10 min cardio this morning then 16 min 80s dance workout tonight and 16k steps during the day! That’s quite a lot of walking for me.

Must be a trick of the light @Alittlefrustrated time of day can’t make that much difference, can it??

Forgot to post yesterday - 96 - 45 min Musical Theatre Fitness plus 30 minute Simply Stretch.

Came back from a comfort break in interval between classes to find a strange man sitting on my mat..."Eh...Sorry - I think that's my mat..."

He looked startled, apologised and moved. NB My mat is an Adidas with a bright red border, as opposed to the plain navy belonging to Cowdenbeath Leisure Centre. I guess he was a newby.

Still a bit sore from the Sunday Yoga...exercising more might have been a mistake.

Have done my 45 minute Run Club for today and used the Chest Press. Sore right glute eased off while I was running but has come back with a vengeance and I'm a wee bit worried. I'm supposed to be doing Senior Flex plus Active for Lift this afternoon. Might manage the Senior Flex.

Anyway, I've done a bit, so I guess that's 97.

Today - 60x25m swim, yoga, and then a lower body workout.

Managed Senior Flex, 45 minutes.

Only did 20 minutes at Active for Life - 7 minutes on the bike plus stretches.

90 mins dance class - sweaty work but had a great time. Sadly it was a one off, taught by the dancer who used to teach our much missed Saturday class.
