Forgot to post yesterday - 96 - 45 min Musical Theatre Fitness plus 30 minute Simply Stretch.
Came back from a comfort break in interval between classes to find a strange man sitting on my mat..."Eh...Sorry - I think that's my mat..."
He looked startled, apologised and moved. NB My mat is an Adidas with a bright red border, as opposed to the plain navy belonging to Cowdenbeath Leisure Centre. I guess he was a newby.
Still a bit sore from the Sunday Yoga...exercising more might have been a mistake.
Have done my 45 minute Run Club for today and used the Chest Press. Sore right glute eased off while I was running but has come back with a vengeance and I'm a wee bit worried. I'm supposed to be doing Senior Flex plus Active for Lift this afternoon. Might manage the Senior Flex.
Anyway, I've done a bit, so I guess that's 97.
