I'm keeping up with Iron Pro, just skipping days regularly if they don't fit with my schedule. I did 16 on Monday and 17 yesterday. Might do 18 this evening after my hill reps but we'll see. Had a rant at DP this morning after he yet again returned from the dog walk after 30 seconds saying they wont go anywhere when I wanted them all out of the house so I could clean. I think I need heavier weights to help me release the anger of incompetent men! (not all men, blah blah, just all the bloody ones I've been in a relationship with, which is quite a few!). And don't start me on my useless brothers...
I haven't got a bench - I'm balancing between a sofa and my much maligned poof.
