I posted on the last thread as a newbie and have been doing Ultimate Beginner and really enjoying it - someone said to me then, prepare to get addicted, and so it has come to pass 😂
Can anyone recommend what to do next please? Ideally max 35-40 mins and no cardio needed as I get that from running. Don’t mind either full body workouts or more targeted. Don’t mind if things get repetitive as long as my poor knees can manage ok. Mild preference for app over YT but not a deal breaker. Ideally something that will continue to help resurrect my non existent arse but also love upper body. Thank you wise CGers.
