I’ve only had antibiotics once as an adult, for a suspected dose of the clap from a new boyfriend. Ah, those were the days 😂

get well soon @BigButtons - ear stuff isn’t nice. I get regular bouts of vertigo due to my sensitive ear crystals. Actually a thing.

Ive had a weekend off Caroline. I had a rest day yesterday and ate loads of tiramisu. Today I ran up a big hill in the massive winds and then ate loads of curry and crumble. Now to settle in to watch Nine bodies in a Mexican morgue in front of the fire. A grand weekend!

@Fibrous and @Gobacktotheworld I have had so many antibiotics during my adult life. In the last few years I have been plagued by sinus infections that have need antibiotics- sometimes twice a year without fail. You have been very lucky.i seem to get easily infected with all sorts of stuff😩
I have been reading through the Reddit CG group- what an interesting read that is.

i wondered that about the bench too. I have a heavy, monster of a thing in the garage and I am glad that I don’t actually need it.
at least me enforced break means my shoulder issue is getting better!
she did a similar thing regarding an ab mat- implied she would be using it, but I don’t think I have seen it once- I did buy one because I assumed she would be doing sessions that made use of it.

I see silly boy is going on about all the equipment he is now buying so that he can still exercise. Though I would not wish injury and pain on anyone- it is a relief that he has had to take himself out of the game.

off work again today- my ear is still blocked and sore- maybe ok for quieter office work but not for a classroom..

I am of course ‘behind’ on pro now- which brings with it a kind of relief. I did last Sundays shoulder and tricep session and really enjoyed it. I will do this week’s leg day tomorrow.

But ya know,I wouldn't put it past him, actually surprised the wife hasn't in her quest to become caroline.

I'd bloody love to have small boobs these days. Then I wouldn't have to deal with the sad demise of them into saggy painful flaps that have to be folded into all my outfits. I worked for a company in texas for a few years (based in the UK but regular trips over there) and anyone who wasn't in the obese category had fake boobs. It really just seemed to be the done thing. I'd go for a run before work (on the very limited pavement options around my hotel) and it was just big industrial estates of private medical and surgery centres. Mad.

You see I'm the opposite, I have nothing and it's always made me self conscious, but I'm in my 40s now and think the time for a boob job as passed me by.
Working on toning my arms and legs instead...cheaper.(though it probably is time for some new weights)

Yeah I feel the same about most aesthetic things these days - i'd rather spend money on a nice massage than getting my hair dyed. I prefer to feel better than look better in my forties. But I am very lazy and barely make it out of stained dog walking clothes unless I'm actually leaving my village, which is a rare event.

How many methods can there be for pullovers? 🤔 Hope he’s not nil by mouth and plans to do a workout with no water (which is the only reason i didn’t do a workout the morning of my c section 🤣)

ha ha same! My greyhounds have more (and nicer) coats and pyjamas than I have.

@Minesril OMG yes - I presume he must be? What a silly man. I would be really interested to know what caroline thinks of these nutters. It's not really an acceptable Irish trait to be fawned over like that. I'd be cringing like mad reading any of those posts. A simple 'thank you, really enjoyed that' would suffice!
