Weights 7/10

I hate all forms of cardio. I only love weightlifting. I go to gym 6 times a week and loves everybit of it. But hate cardio to my bone 😅 so weight its 100000

Running 1/10. Hate it. I'm too uncoordinated and boobs don't allow it.

Weights 9/10. love it

Pilates never done it but I love Yoga

Cycling 2/10 not keen at all.

Swimming 6/10 enjoy it generally but I get bored. I'm also a bit freaked out by sharing the same water as lots of other people. Like a huge bath with rando's.

I like a dance exercise class like Zumba or Glow but these classes at my gym are so packed it's hard to get really into it.

Weights 7/10 - 6

Pilates 7/10 - 6 boring

Cycling 10 / 10 - 9 but I rarely cycle nowadays

Swimming 8/10 - 0 hate it

Team sports / ball sports - I don’t do these so can’t give a score - tennis, badminton occasionally with family.

It’s a complicated answer. For me it goes more like this, regardless of the exercise type.

Before -0/10
During - 2-7/10
After - 8-10/10

i mostly do circuits and weights, plus walking.

Running 7/10. Used to love it, now I do it out of necessity so I don't 'lose it'

Weights 9/10. Would love to say 10/10 as I enjoy it, but probably hate it at the time when I'm really lifting heavy

Pilates 8/10. Depends on the instructor/class. Sometimes I love it

Cycling 7/10. Enjoy it as a family bike ride

Swimming 0/10. Hate it

Team sports / ball sports - I don't do them so can't score them. Would LOVE to play netball again but can't (medical reason). Enjoy playing tennis, casually, but I'm not competitive. Maybe 7/10 then

Running - 6/10 I don't enjoy running but I think it's beneficial, so I do it occasionally.

Weights - 6/10

Pilates - 8/10

Cycling - I only do indoor/spin 10/10

Swimming - I rarely swim

Team sports / ball sports - I don't participate in team sports

Running 5/10 I did enjoy it but me knees... me knees... so don't run anymore!! 😂

Running - 2/10 I’ve just never been able to get in the zone. I can see that others people really lose themselves in it but I’ve never got to that point. I ran a 10k once and hated it.

Weights - 10/10- My happy place

Pilates - 5/10- Really good for you but usually quite boring, depending on the instructor

Cycling - 7/10- Quite enjoy a cycle ride on a nice day

Swimming - Am crap at it and don’t enjoy it

Team sports / ball sports - Hate them. Haven’t done any since school. Actually I liked rounders but am crap as part of a team. I liked the bit where it was my turn to bat and run but fielding was booooring.

Yoga- 10/10

Yoga and weights are my favourites and I don’t do anything else, but I do like Boxercise if forced to choose cardio.

Running 8/10 - higher when I'm super fit.
Weights 0/10 - hate it only do it under sufferance
Pilates 0/10 - don't do it
Cycling 6/10 - love it when whether is good and I'm on car free roads
Swimming 7/10 - when I can get over the faff of getting wet.
