Running -7/10, I don't love it, but I knock out 5k 3x week to keep the waistline at bay.
Weights - 10/10 - love it, have been getting out of bed at 5.30 am to go to a class for 15 months! I signed up for a months, I've totally stuck at it.
Pilates - 7/10 - again, I've been doing weekly classes for 2 years. I'm not that good, and I've not that flexible, but I don't hate it.
Cycling - 10/10 in all formats, and the only sport I really enjoy watching either live or on tv. I think there were 14 bikes in our garage at the last count.
Swimming - pool: 6/10 ok for 40 lengths or so, then it gets a bit dull. Wild 10/10- love it. Go several times a week, year round.
Team sports: 5/10 Havn't really done any since I left school, although did an 8 week return to netball thing, which was much more fun than I thought it would be.
Ball sports- 0/10 - I hate anything that involves hitting a ball. I'm terrible at it. I've never even scored a rounder.
