How much out of ten do you enjoy each of the following forms of exercise?

0= hate it
10 = absolutely love it

I will start :

Running 9/10

Weights 7/10

Pilates 7/10

Cycling 10 / 10

Swimming 8/10

Team sports / ball sports - I don’t do these so can’t give a score

Running 7/10 - not sure if say I like it but I can do it (solid 5k - too far isn’t good for joints)

Weights 6/10 - okay but less satisfying than running

Pilates 7/10 - just struggle to find time for a class

Cycling 0 / 10 - don’t own a bike as I hate it.

Swimming 9/10 - really enjoy it but not the faff of shaving and chlorine etc so don’t go often.

Team sports / ball sports - tennis with dh 9/10

I’ll add kayaking - 10

Running -7/10, I don't love it, but I knock out 5k 3x week to keep the waistline at bay.

Weights - 10/10 - love it, have been getting out of bed at 5.30 am to go to a class for 15 months! I signed up for a months, I've totally stuck at it.

Pilates - 7/10 - again, I've been doing weekly classes for 2 years. I'm not that good, and I've not that flexible, but I don't hate it.

Cycling - 10/10 in all formats, and the only sport I really enjoy watching either live or on tv. I think there were 14 bikes in our garage at the last count.

Swimming - pool: 6/10 ok for 40 lengths or so, then it gets a bit dull. Wild 10/10- love it. Go several times a week, year round.

Team sports: 5/10 Havn't really done any since I left school, although did an 8 week return to netball thing, which was much more fun than I thought it would be.

Ball sports- 0/10 - I hate anything that involves hitting a ball. I'm terrible at it. I've never even scored a rounder.

Pilates & yoga 0/10 can't kneel down or get up again, knee problems

Cycling 10/10

Swimming 10/10 (outside heated pool)

Tennis 10/10
