5 packs (MRs) to complete whole programme, + 1 post-work out (so 6 x £38).
They want a certain protein hit per snack, so can make own with own protein powder (no idea if this would be cheaper, tastier).
Or batch-cooking to make the recipes viable. I don't even have a big enough freezer... They "recommend" a lot of supplements that they sell, too. "90% of the results" come from the meal plan, not the exercise programme.
Overnight oats (they add lots protein powder to this) & Mg... ? Eek, cold porridge = horrible. I wonder if one can heat it, or must be consumed cold, shudder.
I don't think he said what the daily protein intake is supposed to be, but I'm suspecting 80-100g/day for women.
"This programme is about vanity" : that might be why it's not for me, lol.
Would be a big commitment to get that meal plan right, so much forward planning before even started.
