@SophieLion I did enjoy it thanks. I had done beginner a few times and I was half way through Heat so it's not a lot different. I have joint instability so strength training is what I need to improve my subluxing and pain issues.
I did day 2 and 3 back home but I'm nearly but not quite, at half the weight used on screen. Improving all the time though.
If this has been a progression from endgame it would have been too much for me so I am glad to be able to participate.
