Found you all again! After a week off the wagon due to work and other commitments, for penance today I did the day 25 EMOM from Heat. Unlike childbirth it was less horrendous than it seemed and was over fairly quickly. So much so I added 10 min abs session on the end, which seemed to go on for a lot longer than the EMOM.
I’m definitely getting back on the wagon next week as my 5 days hunched over my laptop with very little exercise has rekindled the odd twinge in my back and knees. I definitely don’t miss the creaky and don’t want it to come back!
I’m thinking of adding a CrossFit class at the gym once a week, would that be madness? A friend of mine has just started and is a huge fan, but I’m feeling a bit tired just thinking about it.
