@SophieLion, I’m on the community fb thread as well, one seems plenty to fill my feed. Finished day 37 legs which was enjoyable challenging, can’t believe I’m now happy to do 2mins of lunges. My lower back seemed sore with the rdls and then the squat finisher, probably due to working from home all day. Roll on press-up day tomorrow, the 100 press-up finisher sounds brutal!
