Hi All, another Newbie question if I may?! I'm doing Heat and moving around a bit depending on what I feel my body can take. I have a connective tissue disorder and I've just come off 8 yrs of prescription painkillers thanks to a year of physio...therefore I am keen to avoid a flare up as muscle tightness and subluxing is par of the course with that.
Anyway will I ever ever be able to do push-ups? Even against a wall is truly pathetic.
I can cope with the majority of an upper body workout (well obv lower weights 2.5/3.5/5 kg and partial dips but planks etc are strong which is fairly encouraging to me) then something like a push-up finisher makes me feel like an utter loser!
Any encouragement is welcome. I am too shy to post on the FB groups. Thanks so much!
