I just wanted to say thanks for the encouragement several gave to me last week. After reflecting I decided to move onto Epic Heat. I had done 4X beginner except for the HIIT (I have to be careful about that due to joint issues) but I'm seeing my physio this wk for some advice on substitution.
HEAT is going really well my weights are truly pathetic (2.5 or 5kg) but I'm hoping to just keep upping those in due course.
Given my poor physical condition, my age and my hypermobility (which has given me 8 years of chronic pain after pregnancies) I can't believe how I am managing to improve my resilience and I hope I can keep moving forward. I am a bit worried about overdoing/injury but my physio should help advise me this week.
I love reading your comments, so much further on than myself but it's very encouraging and something to aim for. Keep going!!!
