I didn’t manage the HIIT either, but I did Friday’s full body instead then ended up walking 20,000 steps, so I feel I have compensated. I’m WFH tomorrow so I might do the Tabata after whatever session there is tomorrow. I actually don’t mind it as it is over quickly, the burpee cardio from last week was sick making.
@BigButtons I hope your cold doesn’t get any worse. I do think you’re brave having attempted the HIIT despite not being well. I’d have sat down with a coffee and a biscuit
