Day 8 done here too. Plus a quick dash on my bike to pick up my Vinted purchases, with which I’m extremely pleased

I didn’t find it at all taxing, I think it might be time to up the weights from 8 to 10kg on the legs and back stuff. I will do day 7 on Saturday in order to balance after which I will increase the weights. I could be changing up or down on the adjustable weights but I’m far too lazy, once it’s in there it stays in there…
I must say I tried the wall sit thingy yesterday before going to bed and I found it strangely enjoyable. I think I might repeat it, it’s also something that can be done while answering emails or in a conference call (camera off obviously!), so it could be handy for those office days when I know I’ll be back too late.
