Oh Tabby I feel like such a fraud being on this thread at the minute. The best I can do is walk for 1km and then my leg just locks up and I start limping. Anyway, another morning, another 30 mins of Body Balance. I don't see me being able to do BA/BC for a long time, even with low impact options. I might bring Core and Barre in over the next couple of weeks, but that's going to be on a suck it and see basis. Pump, I have to get more all over body strength and them maybe start bringing in arms only tracks.
