I do love the workout in BA 100 - it's really joyous. Just think they don't give the cooldown enough attention.
Well, I managed to get on the horse yesterday and actively walked him around for 40 minutes. Didn't seem to do any new damage, and afterwards my leg and hip actually felt lighter. Next week - back on it and doing some rising trot. Though at times I think my riding school is trying to kill me, the horse they put me on was 16hands or so, with his shoulder at least 4 inches above my head height. So it was a bit of a mountaineer to get on him, even from the big block. Their logic was that once you get him to stand next to the block he's very patient about standing there and won't fanny about too much. I think they should train him to kneel down like a camel.
This morning it was BB 86 45 minutes. I quite like the mix of moves in this one, nothing too complicated in the 30 minute version, though there is more balance/strength standing on one leg once you go up to the 45. Next week.. maybe go for the full length.
