You're welcome Roonetta, hopefully you find a workout you like. I did the bodyweight bootcamp and it was ok.
How long does it take to complete 5 miles WWL? I think Joanna Soh also have a 10000 steps video on her YouTube channel.

Outdoor class yesterday evening. It was 3 little circuits : legs, abs and cardio.
Full body strength training and some stretching today.

It takes an hour and ten minutes to do a 5 mile WWL Piri but I don’t generally do it all at once and break it down into manageable chunks throughout the day 😁 - it doesn’t feel like 5 miles when you are doing 15 minutes here and there.

I had an accidental rest day yesterday. So I made sure exercising was the first thing I did today. Cardio: BFBM (50 min)

Met up with my newish running buddy yesterday and did 8.3k. We were both in run-walk mode.

Had an evening walk with a friend too. About 5k.

I was quite glad that my not-parkrun arrangement had been forgotten about, so friend C and I have deferred to next week Grin

I'm still feeling iffy so I had a short sea swim yesterday but nothing else. I dragged myself out for a short, slow run today, just to get to 250!

Last 4 miles done taking me to 30 🥳 - was going to do an extra mile but couldn’t summon up the motivation. I found it quite hard trying to fit in over an hour’s workout every day, even splitting it into smaller portions throughout the day, as I’m used to only having to find just over 30 mins with Jillian.

4 miles WWL (30/30).

Yes finding an hour a day isn't always easy Roonetta. That's why Jillian is good: high intensity and shorter workout.

And well done @roonetta too Star - I agree that finding a longer time slot is difficult.

HIIT for me today: JM's Hard Body L1 (this was about 45 mins Roonetta if you have the DVD but not tried it. I was a bit naughty and skipped the stretching though as ran out of time).

Well done Sophie on 270! Amazing, and thanks for the tip on Hard Body, I will definitely look this up. I sometimes skip the stretching too Blush

Started Body Shred today which I found okay, although I had to do the wide push ups on my knees. Puffed and panted my way through but got it done as soon as I dropped the kids at school. I'm not 100% sure how it works, but think it's similar to BR so workouts 1 and 2, then cardio and then workouts 1 and 2 again. I think you are supposed to do 2 lots of cardio but I am only going to do 1 so that means I am working out 5 times a week. Think I will need the two rest days when I get to the higher levels.

I'm going to have a few rest days. My fuzzy feeling last week turned into a cold/sinus thing over the weekend and I have been absolutely flattened with it. I'll see how I feel for Thursday's pt, but I won't be doing anything before then.

Had my outdoor class and then stopped off and did a gentle 4k run on the way home.

This weekend was just walking around, pokemoning with the family. Pokemon reckons I was just shy of 50 miles covered last week including things like school runs.

I saw some really scary looking hardcore Jillian workouts a while ago on you tube Roonetta and wondering if it was body shred .... or maybe body revolution. Either way you're hardcore!!!

Yes L3 of ripped in 30 is really hard oubliette. That duck walk circuit ..... still it means not so much of a jump to L4 which is good!

Well done on all the Pokémoning walking Bogroll!

Had a rest day yesterday and today did a yoga flow plus strength for arms and back, butt and abs.

Thanks Sophie but I’m really not hardcore Grin - so far BS has been a bit like 30DS for difficulty level but I am sure it will step up as it progresses. Apparently Opus is Jillian's toughest workout. I have watched it but will never achieve it.
