Ri30 L4D10 & 6W6P L2 (65 min). That’s definitely enough Ri30 for 2020 (I’ve done 40 days twice over in total).

Going to have a look at Jillian's workouts. Which one would you recommend/enjoy?

Still following my Decathlon videos, only one week to go.

Oh yes it was Opus Roonetta - you're right!! Looked quite horrendous actually.

Hi Piri, I have quite a few JM DVDs but do extreme shed and shred, killer buns and thighs and killer arms and back the most. Also like six week six pack but not done it for ages. Hard body I do occasionally.

Ripped in 30 is good but the workouts are short so either need to combine it with something else or do 2 levels.

5km interval run today plus strength for abs and underbutt (Grin)

I'm feeling very twitchy after a week off and reading what you're all up to, so even though I'm not 100%, I walked my hill run this morning. It was harder than the last time I ran it Blush I'll obviously have to ease myself back gently. I do feel better for having down it though. And I finally saw the physio about my shoulder last night. Turns out I've properly banjaxed it so it's going to be lots of squats and back to running for the new year.

Well done on 40 days Oubliette Star

I second Ri30 Piri, it’s a great workout if you are short on time. The workout I had the quickest and most noticeable results with is 30 day shred, also nice and short Grin.

Glad to see you back at it Motherforkin. Sorry about your shoulder. Hope you’ll be back to your old self in no time Flowers

KAbs L2 and KB&T L1 (70 min). Nearly there - 6 more days to my target, 13 more days of 2020 left. Shouldn’t be a problem.

Having a rest day today. Just don't feel like exercising.

Sorry to hear about the shoulder MotherForkin. Do you have any idea how long it will take to recover?

Almost there oubliette! You will definitely make your target!!

Hope you like ripped in 30 piri. Hmmm I might do it tomorrow actually. Not done it for a while.

Done a non-parkrun today, plus a lap of glory. There was a huge puddle on the path with involved some great big long jumps to try and clear it Grin

Done 3 outdoor fitness classes this week too. It's just been hit and miss in the flow of them in recent months and my body's not had any continuity in the zone.
Currently tier 3 so fingers crossed they'll be OK to continue after new year...

After two nights of good sleep I feel like a new woman. Got a run in this evening and a short dip in the sea earlier. It was very hard not to swim to keep warm so I was only in a few minutes so I didn't get too cold.

@roonetta - I was originally aiming for 250 days and 200 hours. I’m currently hoping to hit 250 days and 250 hours.

6W6P L1 (not done for ages. Decided to do L1
as an easier option Instead of L2 as feeling tired and I've still ended up a sweaty mess!)
