30DS L1 (D30) ☑️ Like how I ended on L1 😄. Giving Jillian a rest for a week until I attempt Body Shred. Might get some miles in with WWL - I think i’ll set myself a little challenge of 30 miles over the next week.

I was very tempted to have a second rest day. But I didn’t. Instead I finished off Ri30 - L4D8 and KAbs L2 (65 min)

Strength today: JM's NMTZ.
It's pretty long with 7 circuits but I didn't get as bored as I remembered (maybe because I haven't done it for ages).

Days exercised 265

Good luck with your miles challenge Roonetta!

Well done on finishing Ri30 Oublette, that seemed to fly by. Have you got any plans for what to do next or just do what the mood takes you? I know you won’t be having a rest 😁

I love NMTZ Sophie but it’s not one I do often because it is long.

5 miles WWL done (5/30)

I ended up having a rest day yesterday...I spent too long in the sea so I had frozen/blue toes for a few hours after and didn't want to risk running on them Blush I was more sensible today and had a shorter swim so no frostbite risk. Which meant I was ok for my school run fartlek sprints.

I was sharing your love for Leslie's walks with my mum, roonetta. Mum usually walks early (to avoid people) but with the cold weather she was worrying about icy paths so she's going to check out Leslie for a bit Smile

Days exercised 248.

Hope your mum enjoys Leslie as much as I do Motherforkin. It’s nice to think my daily ramblings might benefit someone else 😊. Hope your toes have returned to a nice pink colour, that must be pretty scary I would imagine!

I was inspired by @SophieLion and did NMTZ (50 min) this evening. I don’t think I want to start a new DVD at the moment - I might just do another 2 days of each level of Ri30 (to make it Ri40 I suppose Grin)

It's nice to think that I inspired someone - thank you oubliette. Actually every time I do JM, I think of you - you are definitely the Jillian Queen!! Grin

Yes it is a long one Roonetta - 7 circuits but it passed quite quickly today. Think I enjoyed not jumping around!

Wow your blue toes sound pretty full in MotherForkin 🥶

Must have a look at the Leslie walks but oddly I find quickly walking more tiring than running. Don't know why. Always prefer walking at a slow, leisurely pace.

Good luck with Ri40 Oubliette 😃. I too think of you lovely ladies when I am working out and feel like quitting. The thought that I’d have to post I had not finished my workout keeps me going

A quick one today as a bit short of time: Killer arms and back L3

Thanks for that Sophie. I just assumed everyone here powered on and never felt like giving up, but I reckon the fact that we struggle some days but do it anyway just shows how determined we all are. Awesome bunch Star

Another 5 miles WWL (15/30). Calves are feeling it.

I definitely have days where I have to overcome extreme reluctance to exercise (and days where I just can’t motivate myself and take unplanned rest days). Today wasn’t too bad: Ri30 L1D10 & KAbs L2 (65 min)

I've had a rest day today. Was back at my circuits in a barn on Mon, and extra outdoor class on Tues (to make up for my lack of enthusiasm for zoom last month; I'm the instructor's longest serving client) and will have another tomorrow. Plus some running as my car will need dropping off at the garage, so I'll run up the hill home. Possibly back down to collect, but that depends on time and it will be dark which will put me off my favoured route.

So a day of cracking on with housework, school runs and a couple of strolls collecting pokemon is probably a good thing.

I had a couple of unplanned rest days. I woke feeling very off on Tuesday so I cancelled my pt and took it easy yesterday too. Feeling better but still not 100% today so I had a lighter pt session and I'll walk instead of running the school run.

Pirisprinkles are the decathlon workouts from the sports store?

Yes, the sports store! I follow their french Instagram page.

You must be under the weather to cancel your pt Motherforkin, I know how much you enjoy those sessions. Hope you are on the mend soon Flowers

Well I did the outdoor fitness class and after, went to the gardens and did a 15min (standing) yoga practice.
Then had the run home from the garage. Then run to the garage.
Then a walk through the neighbourhood on a virtal Brownies walk. We had to spot features that make it easier/ harder to get around, and there I am with Brownies on Zoom on my phone, yacking away making ridiculous observations about things like yellow lines on steps through my Treks Titaniums. I did strategically have my Guiding uniform jacket on, but bike man did apparently give me a double take as I yakked on about bike racks at the leisure centre Grin

Sounds like you've all been super productive on the exercise front. Hope you feel 100% soon motherforkin. You're almost at 250!!!

Took a rest day yesterday and was still difficult to get motivated today. Lock down is really getting to me and not feeling good. They've announced it continues until 7 January. I just feel trapped Sad

Oh that’s rubbish Sophie. Hopefully next year will be a massive improvement on 2020 and things will start getting back to a bit of normality. Keep up your running and hopefully this will keep you sane until the brighter days Flowers.

😆 on the virtual Brownie walk Bogroll

In the office today so only managed a 2 mile WWL (22/30)
