I moved up to level 4. It wasn’t as bad as I feared. Ri30 L4D1 and 6W6P L1 (65 min)

Circuits this morning. And as long as the rain holds off I'll run to pick up the children from school later while they scoot home.

Days exercised 241. (It feels odd to be so close to 250, I've never done this much before!)

Ow - my upper arms ache after yesterday’s session. I blame the chaturanga push-ups in Ri30 L4.

Still aching, so I did a shorter cardio circuit this evening: BFBM (50 min)

Please can I join, hadn't seen this thread before! Have massively upped my exercise this year and now can't imagine not exercising 5/6 times a week - it keeps me sane and makes me feel good.

So far this week have been for a couple of runs, did my first lot of sprint interval training yesterday to try and improve my speed - really don't enjoy sprints though!

Did my second outdoor PT of the week this morning which was boxing & HiiT. Almost going to miss the freezing cold park when the gyms reopen.

Hi @pomegranatefizz - welcome to the thread. I still haven’t quite worked out what is happening with gyms next week (DH and DD are both missing their exercise classes - but I suspect tier 2 means they won’t be restarting just yet)

Haha loving your ‘shorter’ circuit Oubliette Star

Welcome @pomegranatefizz Smile

Glad to see you’re still braving your sea swims Motherforkin.

Boring (and very long) Annual general meeting over Zoom yesterday so no Jillian but I did a 3 mile Pilates walk with Leslie. Rest day today as I am in the office.

I had a google MotherForkin. Never knew such things existed but pretty cool. I suppose you can use them on camping too instead of traditional sleeping bags.

Hello pomegranate and welcome to the thread Smile completely agree with you about exercise.

7km interval run today - feeling a bit better now but couldn't face doing any strength or toning after the run. Very down as found out yesterday that lock down and closed schools continues for another week. The schools bothers me the most - just how much their education suffers.

10k done this morning. I've aquired an occasional running buddy in the last few months. She's about a mile away so there and back to hers extended my run... as did a closed bridge which extended our loop.

Had a rest day yesterday, but did well on housework so still managed to clock up 100% on my watch which was pleasing.

Ha. I somehow managed to mess up on my post yesterday and reduce the number of hours of exercise I’d done compared to the previous day Confused.

Ri30 L4D2 and 6W6P L2 (60 min). I think I’m going to take tomorrow as a rest day.

Sounds like you had a good run Bogroll and great your route got extended unintentionally!

Oh you definitely don't want to be messing up our counting oubliette!!

A one hour vinyasa yoga flow practice for me today.

Sorry to hear about the schools Sophie - luckily ours have remained open since the new term. It is such a worry about how much education they have already missed. I hope yours are back at school soon Flowers

Well done on the run Bogroll. I love when my watch counts housework as a workout 😃

Oh god, that's awful about the schools, Sophie. We had two days last week if home schooling due to a flood in the school and I thought I'd lose my mind. I hope you all get through it ok.

I had a sea swim yesterday but it involved minimal exertion with a bit of head up breast stroke so I'll take it as a rest day. Today I managed to get parking when I dropped dd to football training so I had a run in the park.

Days exercised 242.

Ooh can I join?
I am doing online barre and 30DS until I can get back to work (I work in a gym) next week. I miss it and can't wait to get back to my usual routine.
I've been feeling slovenly and stir crazy working from home so started 30 day shred on Thursday having not done it for years, and I'm loving it!

Welcome @pangolina 😃 - I’m almost at the end of 30DS, just 5 days left. Which barre programme do you follow?

30DS L2 (D25) done followed by a 2 mile ‘Walk with Leslie‘.

Hello pangolina.

I had a bit of everything day today. I couldn't face a run this morning so I did a youtube zumba/dancercise video, then a cycle to the school for our Christmas tree sale set up, and this afternoon a sea swim. I've just helped dh unearth the ancient treadmill. The plan was to offload it, but now that it's usable and the weather isn't great, I'm tempted to try it out ...

Days exercised 243.

Just walking with the family this weekend. Not even much of that. DS1 twisted his ankle on Thursday night, and the weather was grim so we did a bit of pokemoning.

Today DH dropped us off after a KFC in the car and we walked a couple of miles home. Not exactly an inspiring day for much else!

Welcome @pangolina.

I’m being a bit pathetic this weekend and having a second rest day today. Mostly because I needed to do some work, and it was too cold to do that without lighting the fire. But now the fire is lit it is too hot to exercise. Oh well...

Thanks for the welcome! @roonetta it's called the happy body project, it's run by a PT local to me but all online since March. This one is ballet barre (she is a former ballerina for the Royal Ballet) but when I'm back at work I also do Barre Method which is an absolute killer, probably one of the toughest workouts I've done. I am an absolute Barre evangelist!

Welcome pangolina! Smile

Hope your DS's ankle is ok Bogroll.

And yes it really sucks with the schools, MotherForkin. They say they may open on 7th as cases have dropped a lot. We'll see....

5km interval run today plus strength for abs, arms and butt

Great exercise variety MotherForkin - no fear of you getting bored! I hope you like the treadmill, it will be perfect on those winter days.

Jealous of your KFC Bogrolls, although I must admit I did have a Maccie Ds on Sunday Blush

I think you absolutely deserve two rest days every week Oubliette with the amount of workouts you do!

The barre workouts sound brutal pangolina but I am definitely going to try one.

Fingers crossed the schools open for you Sophie

PT session back in her studio with a proper weight rack today! It felt good. I also squeezes in a sea swim and I've just spent the last couple of hours lugging Christmas trees around the school and shoving them into cars. I'll sleep well tonight Grin
