New year, new exercise goals. AKA New-year-athon 2019

Happy New Year! I’m starting a nice shiny new thread to keep track of my 2019 exercise goals. Please feel free to join me.

My goals are:

  1. To do some exercise on at least 250 days during 2019;
  2. To do at least 200 hours of exercise.

Oh dear. The weekend didn’t go terribly well. Still, it’s a new week. Onwards. I did cardio this evening (BFBM: 50min)

Rest day yesterday. Cardio this evening: BFBM (50 min).

I now have end-of-term school craziness alongside work craziness, so I’m not quite sure how this week will go.

To be on target I need to get to 125 days and 100 hours by the end of the month. Pretty sure I’ll manage 100 hours.
