New year, new exercise goals. AKA New-year-athon 2019

Happy New Year! I’m starting a nice shiny new thread to keep track of my 2019 exercise goals. Please feel free to join me.

My goals are:

  1. To do some exercise on at least 250 days during 2019;
  2. To do at least 200 hours of exercise.

Hi Oubliette,
I'm going to join you for a while, if that's Ok. I have a week off and am determined to reset my exercise goals. So I'm aiming to do my 150 minutes a week as I currently do next to nothing.

So far:
Sat - walk 75 mins
Sun - yoga 30 mins
Mon - walk 60 mins

I’m still just about managing to make time to exercise despite work being utterly crazy right now. This evening I did KB&T L2 (40 min)

Keeping going even when work is crazy is fantastic. I have been guilty in the past of using that as an excuse not to do any.

25 mins of yoga today. I'm off grid for the next two days but planning plenty of walking.

20 mins Yoga today. Although I did walk yesterday, I wouldn't call it exercise pace so am not including it. Also not logging as proper exercise but still good for me is 3 hours of putting flat pack furniture together.

200/150 Really happy to have exceeded my target and am hoping I can sustain this when I am back at work next week.
