Ski girl thanks, ** I was really pleased! I’ve been doing a bit of speed work recently, doing sprint intervals and also doing a training exercise I had read where you run say 23 minutes one way, then attempt to get back home by 40 mins (so same distance but in 17mins), managed to get my 6km time under 30 mins by yesterday, so just thought I’d try it on a longer run today. I actually run faster if I run later because I’m a bit creaky in the mornings, plus I’d had a coffee today!
I’m tempted to do a race/run in the spring, don’t suppose anyone knows if there’s a sort of ‘hub’ where I can find out about them? All I can find is info for either past runs or ultra marathons!!
