Hi ski great to see you all. I may need to adjust my target to 800km so 500miles, but I'll keep tracking 1000 for now.
I'm finding the heat really hard to run in. I'm on a treadmill, as I'm a single mom with little ones I can't leave. Which is annoying as I love to run outside.
Any tips for keeping cool? I have water and a fan already!
