Hello all! Back from Malta.
How is everyone doing? How was your first week back at work Purple?
Welcome back Jem - good for you for starting at the beginning again. I am tempted to do that as I have had so many mini breaks from my hybrid schedule that I started with FullSteam that I think I need to start over (but then I have slight OCD I reckon, so I like things in an orderly fashion, rather than here and there).
Sorry Spooky and others that your website page has gone but I like the random generator idea!
Fullsteam am sorry to hear you are off for a while - a bit gutted tbh as you were my P90X/Insanity hybrid partner and I will miss you!
Stone I have fallen off the wagon over the last few weeks, mainly due to travel (both for chemo and for holidays) although I do try to take my work outs with me when I go, or I do a Barry's Bootcamp when I am in London pre treatment. In fact all my trousers are now too tight (and have been for about 2 weeks) so I had one last mini blow out last night with DH (lots of red wine, bread, cheese and salami - yum) and today I am new woman! I managed to do 2 workouts in 5 days in Malta which isn't too bad considering it was hols and hot as hell, but today I just did Month 2 Insanity work out PLUS the abs work out, and I feel AMAZING! Have not gone off The Zone yet today either, so am promising myself now no more excuses - I want to hit my target weight of 50kg by August 6th (I have a spreadsheet with all our goals on it if anyone wants reminding!) and that is less than 7 weeks away which at the moment is about a kilo a week (am guessing - I daren't weight myself after the mountain of cheese I ate last night).
So you saw it here - hold me to it - NO MORE CHEATING ON FOOD. The exercise thing is fine - I feel stronger again so it's just the bloody wine and carbs I need to kill.
