Marking place for later. Fell off the shredding wagon last month with loads of visitors here (too many busy days late nights and alcohol all of which has reversed the minuscule effects of the shred so am now fatter than when I started ...) Must persevere..

30DS L1D6 done albeit with 2 weeks in between days 5&6. Does that still count? Not as bad as I feared but my right knee is hurting. I think I am pushing my knee forward in the lunges. The thing she says not to do cos it's bad for the knees. Hmmm

RI30 L3D6 done (I definitely think it counts, flowerpowergirl: I've had eight days between days 5 and 6 while I went on holiday!). Actually it wasn't bad at all coming back to it after a break.

I'm beginning to think what to do when I finish RI30: has she done any others that are under 30 minutes including the warm up and cool down? I looked at BR but the workouts are too long. I might just go back to the Shred from the beginning but use heavier weights this time.

30DS L3D7 completed. Better go and have a shower - DC are away so I'm going out for dinner with DH tonight. I think I might even have pudding!

No Shred today, osteopath appt this morning for my tight left hip, no exercise for 24hrs advised. Enjoying the break!

BodyRev phase 2 week 5 cardio 2 done. I think like Ri30 the workouts are 30mins Imogen. I have not found them excessively long. I believe anywhere between 30-40mins daily is supposed to be optimum for good weightloss etc. Check out the BeFit channel on YouTube for loads of alternative JM workouts as well as those by other instructors. All range between 20-50 mins. From the little i have read, it seems that weights-based sessions interspersed with a couple of cardio sessions a week are best and that is essentially BR.

I have COMPLETED the shred. 30DSL3D10 done.

I broke my blooming rule about fortnightly weigh-ins and have been taught a lesson. I started out at 13st 6. Yesterday I weighed 12st 3 this morning I'm 12st 8. Hmm.

Anyway:
I've lost somewhere between 12 and 17 lbs and 4.5 inches off my belly.
Pretty damn good. I'm now not far off healthy BMI.

I'm going away tomorrow until Sun so am going to start again from the beginning next Mon. Too scared to do RI30. Will master the shred at Natalie level first.

Well done on completing the shred Tango - I'm hoping to be in the same place in a few more days (3 more days of level 3 to go for me).

I'm still undecided about whether to repeat 30DS or move onto RI30 (or something else). I think I'll have a sneak preview of RI30 and decide whether I can cope with attempting that while I'm on holiday (I'll be away for 2.5 weeks, so will need to manage some exercise while I'm away).

Hi can I join ye? I've just done L1D6 today. Have done it a few times before though but have a weddig next month and am going to shred the shit out of it to remove some summer wobbliness!! Whoever said dieting in the summer is easier?? Salads pah! I'm all ice-cream, BBQ etc...

Hi everyone, can I join please? Having had my daughter 24 weeks ago and with the prospect of a wedding next month, I thought I'd better make an effort to get rid of the last of the baby weight and tone up.

Have just completed 30DSL2D1. Oh my goodness I was not expecting all that plank work!

In an effort to get (already quite fit) DH a bit fitter I suggested he give level 1 a go as it's only 20 mins. Well, watching him made me feel a bit smug as he was struggling on the first circuit and concluded that JM is 'Hitler in knickers'. He hasn't given it another go but is much more supportive when he sees me huffing and puffing after a workout!

Hey all. Having a disastrous week here. Life has been so hectic and I have not shredded for three days...Shock Sorry Fuckalella, I am not doing well for our team at all.

Many congratulations to Tango on completing the shred. I WILL complete it!

Anyone heard from Shadows? Hope you're ok shadows if you're reading. Have been thinking of you.

Right, am writing today off as the end of a bad run. Tomorrow I SHRED...

And 30DSL3D6 is done. More fluid than last time, getting smoother and I'm starting to remember the order of the moves, so less gaps between them.

Thanks, yadah: for some reason I'd convinced myself that the BR workouts were 45 minutes!

Please may I join you? I'm on day 4 level 1 of the shred. I'm going on holiday in 9 days and am desperate to lose some weight by then! I made the mistake of weighing myself this morning and I'm 1lb heavier, despite following slimming world as well as doing the shred, so I'm feeling a bit fed-up. With only 9 days to go I'm wondering whether to go up a level and do four days at each level. Any advice?

30DSL3D1 done! Only got through it by following Anita though, doing the moves properly is a long way off!

Well done Tango, brilliant results!

Spots I'm afraid I'm not doing too well either, am only managing every other day at the moment. Only started L3 because I was feeling guilty Blush

BR phase 2 week 5 workout 5 done avec hangover whew. Welcome toomanydicks. Get to it and let us know how it goes. Expect the first three days to be a bit nuts in the huffed out dept but after that, most of us have found it manageable.
Tango i am jealous of your amazing results. Well done.

30DS L3D9 - Done. I'm on a roll this week - that is my 5th consecutive day of shredding. One more day to go and I'll have completed 30 days.
