misso, I love L2 6W6P, but it did take doing it lots of times before I felt I was doing the moves with good enough form to really feel it in my abs, and not just in my legs.

I hated 6W6P L2 first time I tried it but since getting more core strength and coordination i've started to like it, sort of Grin

Hi all. I used to be a regular but life intervened and I was too busy to mumsnet for a whole. I was still exercising though! I am a 6 days a week person, with 3 of those usually being under 30 minutes and three closer to an hour. Driven by work and family commitments- work four days a week, long commute and DH away a lot with military so DVDs allow me to squeeze stuff in.

Still Jillianing but probably doing more Bob Harper at the moment. Have his Cardio Rev, Pure Strength, yoga and the 'Bobs workout', my most recent buy. Would really recommend this to those short of time who can't do his others due to their length. It's two workouts of 25/27 mins length. You can do both or just one, and workout one is by far the hardest and def a decent workout in a short space of time. It's like Jillian on steroids!!

Keep it up everyone- great to see you all still working hard

Hi notyummy. Thanks for the BH recommendation, I've been interested in his stuff but most of it is too long for me to fit in. I get less time to MN too now and I'm struggling typing on my phone.

Did Ripped L3 today, bloody duck walks! Kettlebell class tomorrow, really looking forward to it.

Ripped L1 done, i've got Bobs Workout it is good but his poor assistant seems to really suffer towards the end of the second half, 20lb weights!!

He's a bit of a wimp though the guy in the second workout- the first workout is harder and Stephanie doesn't keep stopping for a breather! I did it with 15lb weights and didn't need to stop- yes - 5lb less per side, but I am ladee in her mid 40s and he's a strapping young lad ;-)

He's no Bob that's for sure! Is the first workout more cardio based? I've only done the DVD once and did them back to back so it's a bit of a blur Grin

Yes it is and if it's done at the pace that Stephanie does it the it's pretty brutal. I found the second one much easier. I'm fact the only time I have done them back to back I did the second (first time I did the DVD) and it said it was upper body so thought I would try. Got to the end and thought 'that wasn't too bad, I'll try number one now' hmm.... There's quite a contrast!

I did it in order and found the first easier but I'm a cardio freak and not so great with heavy weights, very impressed by your 15lb weights Smile

anya I have it and love it. Which surprised me as I have done yoga for years and its not really traditional yoga. JM has taken a vinyasa type yoga and made it her own - hard to explain. I particularly enjoy it when in feeling a bit achey.

Have you done yoga before?

Hi Notyummy! Great to hear from you - what's the actual title of the shorter Bob one? I do love Bob but rarely have time for his longer ones.
I bought the Jillian box set last week (someone on here recommended but can't remember who, sorry!). Have done all the levels of Kickbox Fastfix - they are literally 20 mins long, so great for me but I would like to try doing 2 together - very fast and quite hard for me to coordinate some of the combos but quite good fun! I've also done the first level of Killer Abs, enjoyed that as well. The others in the set are One Week Shred (not sure if/when I'll have time for a workout in the morning AND evening though!), Hard Body and Yoga Inferno. Does anyone else have this set and had a go at the others?
