Just looking at the Bob kettlebell DVDs and there are 2 - have seen the Sculpted Body one mentioned on here by StuntNun - has anyone got the other one (Cardio Shred)? I just wondered how they compare must not buy any more DVDs.

Hi all, back into it after half term off. Ate loads over half term so I'm back onto 5:2 for a bit too to stop the gradually increasing backside Smile.

Started off again with Ripped L1, first time I've ever done that level. I really needed much heavier weights for the middle weights circuit (was really easy with 4kg) but otherwise it was a good workout.

Is the one week shred on region 2 yet failure? I like the sound of it.

Knotty, I know what you mean about not buying anymore dvds! I've been looking at BH's other workouts!

Probably wont do anything today. Dp is off so we've spent the day tidying and cutting grass.

yeah its two a day 30 min cardio and 30 min weights, your meant to do weights am and cardio pm but I don't have time for that so done them back to back. And oh my god I've never struggled like that before, I complete the 30 day shred last year (put it all back on though) and it was a walk in the park in comparison!

one week is lots of resistance moves, one arm planking etc, requires a lot more coordination than the 30 day shred. Cardio is relentless 30 mins of running, butt kicks, rockstar jumps, jumping planks etc I was literally almost sick!

yeah its region 2 I got it on amazon but I bought the box set

Looks interesting but I need to accept I will only manage one half hour workout a day, I'd probably just do the weights bit and might as well get SIWW.

Hi, I've been lurking as I'm trying to get back into exercising and was on this thread in a small way a year ago or so. Knotty, BH cardio kettle bell workout is on youtube. I have done it having been doing JM SIWW. It was tough but good. I haven't done the other BH kettle bell workout though.

There is one review for the one week Shred on Amazon and the reviewer says they work out to JM 5-6 a day!!!! I'm guessing they meant a week surely!

Hello, back from hols - well, back yesterday but lots of work emails to catch up with etc. Starting another round of Ri30, using various weights some bigger than last time - my 6kgs for the 2nd strength set! But way upthread (haven't quite caught up properly) someone said were they a wimp for struggling with 3kgs for NMTZ 'surrenders' - I can only just make it through the set with 1.5kgs!

got to get DD from bus-stop now..

I've been cleaning the old house today but have just done BH cardio conditioning, the 30min workout and the 10min BH ripped core workout. These two go well together if you're a little short of time.

I know I'm boring and say this a lot but the reason I love JM is that 20 minutes is so do-able. DH is away, kids not down till 9pm and hard day at work and I still managed to fit it in.

Completely agree with you daddypig. I'd never bother to exercise if I couldn't be done in half an hour. I couldn't even get to the gym and back in that time.

Don't worry Failure it gets easier a lot quicker. The first few days are the worse and then you get used to it.
