Level 1 day 4 done. Found it really hard today - like I was on half speed or something. Surely it should be getting easier/I should have more energy?

Oh, I'm OK - just that I know it makes sense to rest a few days. I've posted often enough telling people to go easy on sore joints, same applies to backs... its only muscles that should ache! Hopefully will re-start on Monday, probably Ri30L2.

Level 2, day 6 done. Really tired tonight so a struggle!

Was also thinking about lunges/knee issues. If you are in a confined space you are also in danger of not stepping far enough which adds pressure to the knee (definitely the case in my small roomed house)

My arms are getting weaker - I swear it!

Wenchelda....I do my workout as soon as I get out of bed and some days I find it tougher than others! I think it depends how much you ate the night before and how much sleep you had. Keep going....tomorrow you could find it easier :)

I haven't done mine yet today....will do it later and check in! I hate doing it later in the day so if you don't see me check in that I've done it come and find me!!

Morning. Was lurking on here yesterday and tried level 1 with DD (which completely freaked out the dog).
This morning my tummy stays in by itself! I can still grab a handful of flobber but it's tucked in, flat and tidy flobber, how is that even possible?
DD hasn't surfaced yet but I'll interrogate her later.

level 1 day 7, feeling ok today but still working up a bit of a sweat. Getting a bit sick of JM saying the same thing!! Time to move onto level 2 soon though I suppose.

L1D5 done this morning. No more aches yey!!!

I really struggle with the first set of cardio it kills me. everything else I find managable
don't want to move up a level until I fan do it all no problem.
certainly feeling fitter today. feel like I can take on the world.
wish I had done this sooner

Barely started this as Dh is away so evenings are spent clearing up etc. Did L1D1 last night, going to do it again tonight.

I've also started using mfp to track all the sneaky calories that keep appearing. Fingers crossed this is all going to help. Would normally gym tomorrow am but need to be around to show dh how dd is doing with potty training so suspect i'll be doing day 3 tomorrow!

Slightly concerned my knee twinged in the warm up last night. Hoping it was a one off.

Mamma - if I'd stuck with L1 till I could do it all perfectly I'd still be doing it I think! the combination in the first cardio set is horrible, I decided to swap it around and did (IIRC) JJs and butt kicks, then in the second jump rope with the boxing. Glad to hear the aches have stopped - right on schedule after the usual killing first few days. Smile

My shred DVD arrived yesterday so I think I'll move onto L2 tomorrow. Might watch it first tonight to see what I'm letting myself in for!

Anyone else starting L2 this weekend? How did you find L2 Georgina?

2tiredtocare - wow! I haven't done anything to today (exercise wise). Was hoping to fit in a session this evening but haven't managed it and am now half way through a glass of wine. I'll write today off but hope I manage to fit some in over the weekend.

That's encouraging Errol. I'll move up on day 11 then. it is really hard that first cardio set I think its because you are jumping for 2 mins straight.
hoping to do day 6 in the morning. I have a driving lesson at 9.30 so the plan is to leave the baby in bed with DP and do it before my lesson.
going to have sunday as my rest day

Did L1D1 today found it ok but sure I'll be aching in the morning.

Also doing it alongside 5:2 diet so hope to see some results.
What rest days do I have to take ?
Has anyone seen any results with this ?

L1 D5 just done. Really had to force myself today - knees were/are a bit sore and tbh I'm not noticing any difference In the way I feel yet so feeling a bit disheartened. How long before I should notice an improvement? (Either with fitness and/or weight & inch loss) I think if I could see the scales or tape measure moving In the right direction, I might feel more motivated. As it is, I think I could have just cried when Jillian kept telling me not to "phone it in" (wtf does that mean anyway?!) well done everyone else Smile

mummytom - take at least one rest day a week. I always have the weekend off and just do it weekdays.

I've done L1D2, then i sat down. BIG mistake, when i got up again off my lardy bum i could barely move. Shock

I am having an espresso vodka to ease the pain.
