Feeling so angry with all the people who've swallowed the Tory guff. I'm fine. We have way more money under the tories but was happy to vote against my self interest but if so many want the tories then they can live with it. Good luck

TatianaLarina · 12/12/2019 23:22

Of course Remain was split, but that’s not the reason Labour has done this badly - that was Corbyn’s gift.

PawFives · 12/12/2019 23:22

God it’s even worse than I thought, but more worrying is what happens next. Brexit, US trade deal, Labour tearing itself apart (again), hard right policies. On top of all this, I think the anger and uncertainty are just going to get worse.

TatianaLarina · 12/12/2019 23:23

Anyway I must sleep. Night everyone.

pinboard · 12/12/2019 23:23

65 seats maybe NOT going Tory would be amazing!

Could it possibly be true?

I think if Sunderland / Newcastle go blue I'm going to bed :(

Or walking to Scotland overnight (bollocks to the crutches)

RedToothBrush · 12/12/2019 23:23

Britain Elects@britainelects
Source on the ground tells us Brexit Party might have stopped the Tories winning Alyn & Deeside.

Contrary to exit poll projection.

@CendrillonSings you're a fucking ghoul

The80sweregreat · 12/12/2019 23:23

Labour have done badly because they kept Corbyn. It's Michael foot and the 80s all over again.

BigChocFrenzy · 12/12/2019 23:24

This is how fanatical Remainer MPs delivered the GE to the Tories:
By voting 3 times against May's WA

May's WA would have lanced the Brexit boil and let politics get back to normal party politics

That's what mattered
Not the small chance that a Tory govt would choose a soft Brexit

It would also have kept the Level Playing Field - the EU had no reason to give that up - which would have ruled out the worst US FTA and Bonfire of regulations

GhostofFrankGrimes · 12/12/2019 23:24

This was about brexit. Centrists need to stop looking for excuses. Great protests, zero traction.

Miljea · 12/12/2019 23:24

Mistress. I am so, so sorry that your career, I guess built on hard work, caring and altruism, like mine- has just been kicked back in your face. They can now fuck off.

Yup. Marking time, now. Good luck with our 'replacements', hurriedly recruited from places with shockingly lower health care educational standards than we used to demand.

However, I'm good with words. I will give my all with the 20-minutes-late, can't-scan-you, soz patient as they rise to their NHS entitlement.

Would your dentist still see you?

No.

Nor will I.

BigChocFrenzy · 12/12/2019 23:25

A fucking Remainer leader would have lost it for Labour too

This was the Brexit GE
and Remain had too many parties

RedToothBrush · 12/12/2019 23:26

Newcastle Central declaration imminent.

TiddleTaddleTat · 12/12/2019 23:27

Newcastle stays labour

BigChocFrenzy · 12/12/2019 23:27

I've just cancelled my monthly Direct Debits to UK charities

DivisionBelles · 12/12/2019 23:27

Labour hold Newcastle Central

Sostenueto · 12/12/2019 23:27

Newcastle central stays labour!

chomalungma · 12/12/2019 23:27

Not much change in Newcastle central

Random18 · 12/12/2019 23:27

That's not the swing that BBC forecast?

Thank goodness Newcastle's still very convincingly Labour

TiddleTaddleTat · 12/12/2019 23:28

Think it was Blyth where the swing to Con was forecast?

PotterHead1985 · 12/12/2019 23:28

Labour Newcastle Central

Random18 · 12/12/2019 23:28

BCF I will not be giving anything now.

When my local tory councillor comes for the Rotary Club this weekend she will be told that the Govt can feed people

FoldyRoll · 12/12/2019 23:29

It's great when Chi gets declared first. A parliament 100% composed of women of colour.
