What is the story with Boris Johnson and his kids? Superinjunction?

Whowantstogotothepark · 10/12/2019 22:59

Does anyone know the real situation? My theory is that he has a superinjunction out. Not just a normal injunction that can be reported by the press. My guess (as is everyone else's) that he has his children with his ex-wife and at least a couple with other women.

Let me be clear, I do not care about Boris Johnson's children (otherthan they are safe and happy), in the same way I do not care about Jeremy Corbyn's children. (Does he have any?) Note the press only ask Johnson about the number of his kids. It suggests that they know something that can't be reported.

I do care about a prime minister who uses injunctions. This is a form of censorship that is not available to the average citizen and can be used by companies covering up stuff. They aren't just a legal tool for footballers to hide their affairs. It is extremely worrying if we have a PM who actively uses them himself, especially with Brexit coming up and potential deregulation around environmental, food, safety and working laws.

See this link: www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/law-and-order/8394566/Hyper-injunction-stops-you-talking-to-MP.html

BTW not completely relevant, but I believe the fact Boris Johnson had unpaid parking tickets building up in his car prior to being becoming PM was a sign that he believes rules are only for the plebs and not him.

Well obviously if your theory is right nobody who knows can say 🤷🏽‍♀️😂

Whowantstogotothepark · 11/12/2019 00:36

Yep, you are right - if someone has specific knowledge that our future PM has legally blocked the public knowing some information about him they can't say. But it is still legally allowed to speculate - I hope!!! Also, if I am right, am I the only one concerned?

Are you laughing at me posing the question, or are they tears of hysteria?

One 'love child' is known about, isn't she? The mother's partner wrote about it. I can't remember his name.

StarbucksSmarterSister · 11/12/2019 00:45

He has a daughter called Stephanie I think from an affair when he was Mayor. He tried to keep it quiet and failed. Rumours of at least one more

lonelyplanetmum · 11/12/2019 08:02

He has five confirmed children and rumours of one more. Our esteemed prime minister apparently said to one mistress- Petronella : “I find it genuinely unreasonable that men should be confined to one woman.”

The affairs and children of Boris Johnson we know about are:

•	Allegra Mostyn-Owen: married. No kids. Divorced after he got Marina pregnant .
•	Marina Wheeler: (wife two). Four children.
•	Petronella Wyatt: four-year affair. One abortion and one miscarriage of his children.
•	Anna Fazackerley, a Times journalist. No children.
•	Helen Macintyre: one child Stephanie now aged 10. (Not clear if Stephanie has even met her dad or her half siblings.)
•	Jennifer Arcuri: Three(?) year affair. No progeny
•	Carrie Symonds: No progeny yet.

And as a result of lies about the Petronella relationship he was sacked from the Tory frontbench for the lying.

He is also a litter lout -on top of everything else when Petronella finished a bottle of fizz , he told her to “chuck the bottle out the car window

I don't expect expect politicians to be saints but I would not want a man who does not acknowledge his child to lead the country. It would show him to be lacking in decency, loyalty and morality.

LittleSweet · 11/12/2019 08:11

How on earth does he manage to get these women to sleep with him? He's a vile specimen. I guess power must be an aphrodisiac...

workfup · 11/12/2019 08:12

I've often wandered the same thing littlesweet

WinnieTheW0rm · 11/12/2019 08:19

If it is to prevent (possibly salacious) reporting about children (because someone wants to have a pop at their parent) then it would be a good thing. The press really needs to learn lessons about inappropriate intrusion, and DC should be off limits

Other issues , which do not involve children, do not require protection in the same way. Though I think we are still groping towards consensus on what is fair comment on character and what is intrusion.

There's probably enough out there about Boris already to make further intrusions unnecessary, so perhaps that's one reason why the edit aren't going into more private matters.

lonelyplanetmum · 11/12/2019 08:29

I would not want a man who does not acknowledge his child to lead the country.

Yes this.

It's like if you were looking for new parent friends at a New school social. You may think that couple were ok- the man seemed well read and witty. There was a bit of an age gap with his partner but she seemed ok. Possible friends.

Then someone says- did you know he's still married to some one else. He's had at least six extra martial affairs. Oh and there a child he never sees.

You'd think actually let's not bother..

AiryFairyMum · 11/12/2019 08:31

Yes Jeremy Corbyn has three sons, all with his second wife. They have been out with him on the campaign trail.

lonelyplanetmum · 11/12/2019 08:33

Ironic isn't it you would even vote for him to be a school governor or on the PTA and yet he's going to retain the top job in the land.

Karwomannghia · 11/12/2019 08:33

The press don’t say anything about Corbyn and his kids because he’d come across as a decent family man which wouldn’t be good for their character assassination.

lonelyplanetmum · 11/12/2019 08:33

I meant Johnson not Corbyn obviously.

Karwomannghia · 11/12/2019 08:35

Did he put his parking tickets on his expenses? Yes that also makes me mad. The arrogance.

AiryFairyMum · 11/12/2019 08:53

What's the parking ticket story, I don't know about that?

lonelyplanetmum · 11/12/2019 08:53

The prime minister's past encouraging of Littering with a champagne bottle seems symbolic to me.

Such a disregard for the immediate environment can be extrapolated to reveal a similar disregard for the wider environment, people and society.

Karwomannghia · 11/12/2019 08:57

Airyfairymum the OP mentioned it. I just googled and found a few stories about it but also found this gem

’ But his car reviews are also worth a mention. One of his worst lines comes from his review of the Ferrari F430 where he wrote this: "It was as though the whole county of Hampshire was lying back and opening her well-bred legs to be ravished by the Italian stallion.”

Envy not envy

AiryFairyMum · 11/12/2019 09:56

EnvyEnvyEnvy

Stooshie8 · 11/12/2019 09:59

The upper classes seem able to live without plastering photos and info about themselves on social media- hence all you find is newspaper tattle.

sue51 · 11/12/2019 10:04

Stooshie8 Boris has pretty much damned himself with self penned spectator tattle.

rhubarbcrumbles · 11/12/2019 10:09

Here's another classic sexist comment from one of his reviews:

“'Come on, baby,' I say tersely to the girl, 'Speak to me, for heaven’s sake.' You know how it is when you’re relying on some chick to map-read and they go all silent and sulky?” the Conservative politician wrote when describing a Lexus IS200’s female-voiced Sat-Nav in a review.

(source - The Independent)

rhubarbcrumbles · 11/12/2019 10:10

and a few more as if the one above wasn't awful enough

"And I jab her again, harder, because that’s the sort of guy I am, and then Carol speaks: so cool, so low, so scrotum-tighteningly thoughtful.”

He describes the matron in a bikini at his school in one segment, saying: “Jane was big and bouncy and beautiful and one day I almost passed out when she joined us in the swimming pool in an orange bikini.”

When penning a piece about Indian-made G-Wiz electric car later on the book, he says: “This battery-powered, Indian-assembled saloon may be the hottest thing from Bangalore that doesn’t come with poppadoms.”

MockersFactCheckMN · 11/12/2019 10:15

Just four years since Ed Miliband and his partner were required to get married before the election or the Tory press would whine about their relationship.

lonelyplanetmum · 11/12/2019 10:19

OMG that's such a good point.
Yet Johnson moves into number 10 in an adulterous relationship with some one 20 years his junior ( he's not divorced yet I think) and that's ok.
