Rumour is that it shows a big tory majority.

This would fit with two MRP polls that are already out if accurate.

Datapraxis is suggesting a Tory majority of 48.

Best for Britain (Pro remain) is suggesting a majority of 57.

What is MRP and can it predict the result of the UK general election?

It stands for multi-level regression and post-stratification. Its a polling method which uses demographic data to work out how people will vote. YouGov used it to accurately predict the 2017 result and the method was used to predict the 2016 US election.

Lewis Goodall (of Sky News) is reporting on Twitter (@Lewis_goodall) that Johnson has threatened C4 with having their license reviewed because of the way C4 News are scrutinising portraying him.

Does anyone have any more information on that?

I met my consultant today and she told me she'd just decided to stop following the election.

As you can imagine, I boggled.

Could such a thing be possible? Could a person just opt out?

And I realised that - yes - yes, you can.

It'll go the way it's going to go even if some of us just step away in order to preserve our MH (and conserve energy for other fights, later fights).

So ... do it!

Treat yourself! Take a break. Do something utterly frivolous, beautiful and loving. Absolutely soak yourself in joy.

Because you deserve it.

Don't let this shower take your equilibrium and beautiful sense of your being welcomed and completely at home in this world.

You are worth so much more than that. You deserve to live with a bright, small flame of joy constantly burning within you.

Conserve it. Don't let it go out. Nurture it.

What’s the word for someone who doesn’t actually deny climate science, but basically doesn’t give a spaff because they think lining their friends pockets is more important? Oh yes, it’s a “Johnson”...

So Momentum are backing candidates in unwinnable seats, and not supporting more Centrist candidates with the same energy.

They do want to win. Very much so.

It's just hard to see it as a strategy that is actually going to result in victory (other than for some Conservative candidates).
