Are they all trade deals or letters of intent?
Signed trade deals as per the link;
"Trade agreements that have been signed"
"Agreements with the following countries and trading blocs will take effect when the UK leaves the EU."
Except for the latest deal with the Southern African countries - which was only agreed last week;
"A trade agreement with the Southern Africa Customs Union and Mozambique (SACU+M) trade bloc has been agreed in principle.We expect to sign the agreement with SACU+M shortly."
With respect to the South Korea potential agreement (when ratified) country of origin relaxation will only apply for 3 years.
"the South Korean government plans to bring the agreement up for ratification in the National Assembly before Brexit."

Three years buys us more time if we leave the EU without a deal - I think we will all be disappointed if we can't agree some sort of deal with the EU by 31st October 2022.
There is nothing positive for the UK.
Not at all - the conclusion in Jason118's link says this;
"Nevertheless, the UKβKorea FTA is a very welcome development." "It also shows the other trade partners of the EU a pragmatic example of what they could negotiate themselves with the UK."
Does anyone really think that Airbus or PSA (longterm) will stay in the UK?
Airbus, yes - "European planemaker Airbus wants to stay in the UK whatever the outcome of Brexit, as the country is βa very important pillarβ for the company, new CEO Guillaume Faury said on Tuesday (21 May), amending negative comments made by his predecessor."
"Airbus, seen as the poster child of industrial integration in creating European champions, also wants to be βmore Asianβ to be closer to its fastest-growing markets."
βwe want to stay in the UKβ, regardless of the Brexit outcome and the future long-term relation between London and the EU, as he highlighted the high-skilled workforce and its research facilities in the UK."^
βUK is part of Airbus and Airbus is part of the UKβ¦and we would like to preserve that,β

"AirPlane parts are exempt from default World Trade Organization (WTO) tariffs under a 1980 pact signed by both the EU and Britain in its own right."
