Yes - me, my mum and my sister. I hope we get a good turnout. The last one was great.

Mistigri · 28/09/2018 14:06

I'm going to try to make it over from France. I feel like this is a last chance to speak up.

lonelyplanetmum · 28/09/2018 14:17

Yup.

missmoon · 28/09/2018 14:33

Yes, I am!

DGRossetti · 28/09/2018 14:34

We'll keep an eye for coverage on the "... in other news" section of the Houma today website. As long as there's no big scare about escaped racoons, they should run a sentence.

And even then, it'll be a sentence more than the BBC will manage.

I wonder what else is happening that day, that will flood the news ? Is it's Meghans toenail-painting day ?

Me (if I find out where to go when I fall off the train at Euston) Not used to the big city Grin

DW and I joined at Green Park - which is accessible - and then left from Westminster (again, accessible). About a mile and a half walk. The procession goes right past the entrance to GP tube, and it's easy to slip in.

(The more laid back protesters will have spotted that it's possible just to get to the finishing point at Westminster without actually marching Grin)

DW and I did two marches last year ... it's 50/50 healthwise atm.

lalalonglegs · 28/09/2018 17:19

Me!

Jason Victoria Line from Euston to Green Park (three stops) and either wait for the march to come along Piccadilly or walk up to Hyde Park Corner and join it there Smile.

Fawful · 28/09/2018 18:34

I am, once more, but this time hopefully with both DCs as well as DP Smile

Lottapianos · 28/09/2018 18:36

Yes, we'll be there. I'm not sure my nerves will take another referendum but this madness has to be stopped somehow

HateIsNotGood · 28/09/2018 19:37

No

durgha · 28/09/2018 20:01

Yes. Two families and a couple of friends.

Peregrina · 28/09/2018 22:36

Yes, with DD as last time. I have marched in them all so far. Last time we were near the front and didn't realise how many people were marching behind us.

I can't help but think of the fall of Communism - for any system to work you need to have sufficient people either actively supporting you, or not willing to act against you. In that case eventually the people rebelled, especially in Romania, and the system collapsed. So let's make this the biggest march ever, to show that Brexit is no longer the will of the people and the 16 million haven't gone away.

PCPlumsTruncheon · 28/09/2018 22:39

Me and 3 DC, DB, Dsis and 2 of her DC.

5Yearplan4000 · 29/09/2018 08:50

Have to say I think marching to protest about the outcome of a democratic vote is pretty babyish and pointless.l.

KennDodd · 29/09/2018 08:54

Even if cheating was proven, as is the case of Leave EU?

OP posts:
Peregrina · 29/09/2018 08:56

How many of you planning to march, will be doing so for the first time?

Peregrina · 29/09/2018 08:59

People who voted Leave thought they were voting to Leave the EU, not to wreck the economy. Even then many Leavers thought that the EEA option was on the table - Farage extolled how well Norway was doing.

Would you march for any cause you believed in 5yearplan or do you shrug your shoulders and say 'whatever' to anything which you think will be a disaster?

UnnecessaryFennel · 29/09/2018 09:16

Yes, do and I will, plus assorted friends and colleagues.

UnnecessaryFennel · 29/09/2018 09:18

And, as always, leavers show that they don't actually understand what 'democratic' means.

Protest is an essential part of democracy - if you can't protest you don't live in a democracy.

Talkstotrees · 29/09/2018 09:39

I’m going. Joining my London based vehemently anti-Brexit siblings. First time marcher.

woman11017 · 29/09/2018 12:04

As important as this march is, if you can, support local People's Vote stalls today. There are hundreds and hundreds all over the country, . Grass roots movements are powerful. Smile As well as marches. Smile

Hasenstein · 29/09/2018 13:35

I'll be going, although DW is laid up with a broken leg, which won't be up to marching by 20 October. I'm planning to go to a The 3 Million rally in Green Park at 11.00, then join in the march.

OddBoots · 29/09/2018 13:40

I will be going, this will be my first march for anything, I wanted to get to some NHS related marches but for various reasons I couldn't.

crivit · 30/09/2018 10:28

I am. Also marching today in Birmingham at the tory conference.
