Things change almost weekly where brexit is concerned anyway, so it’s pointless discussing every twist & turn - I have no idea what’s happening with FOM as I don’t follow the news now, I’m just waiting until March 19 & then I’ll comment. So much can change between now & then.

We are in the EU, the EU operates a common FOM policy (which UK helped form) regardless of religion or colour, it is not racist, plenty of EU nations are not white nor Christian and have made the UK their home, the EU's FOM policy is no more discriminatory than my local leisure centre, you join up, you can come in, if you dont or leave you cannot.

Regardless, your logic is somewhat flawed, as we will now discriminate on education and work skills, which of course predominately favour white, first world countries.

If it were decided that Brexit should be cancelled and Art. 50 withdrawn, would your 'passion' remain spent enough for you to refrain from comment until next March?

jasjas - there are loads of EU nationals around where I live and I certainly don't know of any that are other than white.
I think your assertion that if we have restrictions for others that we will discriminate as most immigrants will be white is completely flawed. Can't say I remember many white nurses and doctors coming from the commonwealth pre EU.
