Hello everybody. Has anybody who accepted an offer at Whitgift received any more information about starting in September? Such as dates for the induction day, where and when to buy uniform, clubs timetable etc?

I am not expecting any of these information before end of April, they must be working through the list of accepted places and then work out how many they can offer from the waitlist before they start working out the list of children in the houses. I believe they wear different ties according to which house they are in. I guess we will hear once they finalised everything.

On Whitgift school calendar 29-31 of August marked for year 6 and year 7 Actvities, I assume these will be the induction dates.

Hello to all parents of children who will be joining Whitgift in September.

The fees have increased quite significantly this year. Have you spoken to the school? Are you proceeding with the offer?

Lexus1979 · 09/04/2023 11:25

Hey. What is the new fees for 2023/ 2024
the website still has the old one

Seekinginfolady · 09/04/2023 21:45

Up 10%!

London7282 · 11/04/2023 20:03

We have seen the increase but it is the same % increase as that planned at our youngest daughter's prep school and only very slightly more than the increase planned at our eldest's secondary school. I think most schools are having to do this because of the rising running costs - most are trying to keep the increase in line with inflation. Not sure that helps at all but I wanted to explain that the fee increase is not unique to Whitgift...
