Although I am worried about how people are going to greet each other. Will it be hugging, or kissing? Will it be kissing on one cheek? Which cheek is it? How many kisses? It is just AWFUL when people are going for three and I think they've stopped. I am spectacularly bad at gettting kissing right. I always end up darting my head around like a pigeon and making apologies. I wish we could just snog and have done with it.

I have absolutely no idea what I will wear. Thing is, DH has a work do the night before, terribly posh, and I find out on Monday if I'm invited. And I have no outfit for that, either. Or any idea of the timescale, or any babysitting properly sorted, or any idea of the dresscode. So I have to panic about that one first before panicking about the MN thing.

I do have a wardrobe full of suitable-ish clothing, but all a size or two too big.

Maybe I will go visit Topshop now ...
