Summer Ebay Challenge!!! Shall we try for another £300?

I need motivating to de-clutter and make my bank account look a bit healthier!!! I've got loads of bags and boxes packed with car-boot stuff that didn't sell the other week so might start with that and list those things at 99p just to make a bit of space.

Anyone with me? Shall we set the deadline for end of Summer term (about the 18th July here)?

Xbox ends tonight, has 4 watchers, no bids. Personally think start price is too high but that is what Brothers friend wanted. Can't see many on completed listing selling for as much.

Still think start bid was too high. I think people enjoy the whole bidding war which you wouldn't get with a high start price.

Not much interest on anything else yet though.

Received a best offer £15 on boys clothes bundle and accepted it. I was going to list it at £15 but went for £18 with best offer option so i am happy.

I have a bid on some trousers that i only listed last night.

No payment yet for the bundle. Is that ok or should i chase it up? I sent an invoice last night.

Wow £170 is a great amount.

I am still waiting for a payment from 31st. It was a best offer and i accepted almost straight away, sent invoice then emailed 2 days later. Have heard nothing.

The buyer has some items listed on Ebay too. Wonder if they are waiting for something to sell before paying? I wouldn't mind if they just let me know.

IKWYM tortoise- ive hate it when buyers dont pay and dont let you know why. It wouldnt bother me if they gave a reason- like waiting on funds etc. I hate having to chase up money for items but lately finding im doing it more often.

I don't know if i should be contacting them again yet or not. In my email i said i would be going away in a week.(Lie but wanted quick payment!)

I dont know the 'rules' if there are any- but I give them a week before I chase it up... but on the same note im often getting told by my sister and DH im too soft

But lately ive had buyers not pay and when ive chased it up theyve changed their minds or have a excuse reason they dont want the item anymore. I think since the rules have changed a lot more buyers (and sellers at times) take the p* cause they know they can get away with it.

Will give it a few days then. Her items have just under 2 days and seem to all be (rather high priced IMO) BINs.

Hopefully echeque for DS1's mobile will clear tomorrow then i can pay for a dress i bought DD2. Only bid cos bundle sold!

Finally got payment for bundle. Will get that sent soon. Must remember to post PS2 game too. Cheque must have cleared now.
