Tortoise - it's horrible when someone leaves neg fb and even worse when they don't give you a chance to sort it out.

I sold a pack of 2 pairs of white co pyjamas and the buyer sent me a horrible email saying that one of the tops had obviously been worn (it hadn't) and she wanted a refund but would keep the other pair of pjs. Had she have been less rude in her email I might have considered a partial refund but she was so horrible I just asked her to return the whole lot for a full refund. She still left a neg!!

BTW, I've had 2 negs in 6 years and now my fb is back to 100%.
