Anyone up for ebay challenge-need to make 350.00 before Christmas ??? xxxxxxxx

Dc are going to want a Wii and Wii fit and god knows what else for christmas and i`m paying off some debts at the mo, so is anyone up for an ebay challenge to help spur me on to make this money ! x

I'm not joining in with the Xmas challenge as such, but I am frantically selling to try and make the rent due on Christmas day (£1250!!! yikes ) It's my last rent at the shop which is pretty much shut anyway so Ebay is my only income. I've put shop stuff on and anything I can get my hands on!

My Dad gave me some old Christmas lights and Crackers to put on and they have had loads of interest already with still a week to go!! They are HERE - Check your lofts for any crap old Xmas stuff, people obviously want it.

Need to put loads of DS's old clothes on but have no motivation at the moment, it's hard to get excited about listing on Ebay sometimes isn't it?

Going to have a read through the thread now and see how you are all doing!

btw - do I get a prize for "lazy listing" of the day with my music listing? Where basically I say - well it's got these few bits in there, but I'm can't be arsed to tell you the whole lot....if you really want to know let me know but it will take me a few days (ie if you ask any less than 2/3 days before the end of the listing TOUGH)

so do I - I sold a couple of much smaller bundles a year or so ago (probably about 1/5 of that pile in each bundle) - from what I can remember I made about £15 on each of those............so I'm hopeful that someone will take a gamble and go for the lucky dip and go mad . I've already got 2 watchers!

BTW I used These couriers on friday - booked at 10.45am and was collected by lovely DHL guy at 2pm, would definitely recommend!

well I can already tell them it's mostly old/vintage stuff, I'm NOT going through looking for particular pieces of music and they are.........ermm very heavy

oh and not to mention taking up space on DS2's bottom bunk - which I think I may soon have to move DS3 into.........they share a room, and DS3 (18 months tomorrow!) has taken to climbing up the (vertical!) ladder to DS1's bed at bedtime and sitting with his feet under the duvet cover...........I think he's trying to tell me something psml.

I think/hope i have bagged a bargain in the charity shop this morning! BN starter pack of Motherease reusable nappies for £5! Going to list them this morning.

yay - that's great tortoise - still not no more bids on any of my stuff - but not really expecting to as they don't finish until Saturday and Sunday.

I haven't got any more bids either. Some items end tonight.

Saved £10.93 using the 15% off code Ebay gave me on that item i bought. Really pleased with that!

Well, today just gets better! Just had an email from Ebay giving me £10 off my next purchase because of feedback/detailed sellers ratings that i left from a seller who sent an item with part missing and part damaged. Then took weeks to send refund and didn't contact me at all. (Thats what the cheque was recently, i searched the name on it in my google mail)

got a 38 bank charge cos forgot about my ebay direct debit of 4 .76 then ebay charged me a fiver late payment ad took me off the direct debit scheme !!
