Onto the important thing. I know you have to do it and still think somehow you will! I guess unexplained is annoying in that an explanation might have helped for next steps, but on the other hand some possible explanations could have been unwelcome news. Good they ruled out a couple of potential issues. I think contacting IVI (?) is a good move. Find out what they would recommend. Maybe request a copy of your notes now - doesn't preclude doing more with the current clinic but will help give a future clinic the best picture possible? You can give them a pretty detailed account of your treatment and the outcomes but the test results etc might be good too.
Agree with Munro about slimming world. My sister lost 5 stone and have seen other friends lose a lot. The advice about diet is dubious in my opinion (based on second hand info - I haven't done it) - too focused on fat rather than sugars. But in the short term it works.
