Nope not the hot weather been like it for a while. I've sorted out night time (woo hoo!) but my lunch time and evening ratio has gone crazy. I've always been a standard 1u:10g kinda person but I've just hypod after 1u:30g I keep reducing it but wtf? Why would this suddenly happen? I've been diabetic for 16 years!

Hmmmm. More exercise??? (I think you might want to smack me one for making that basic suggestion).
Have you had screening recently for gluten intolerance/coeliac? Bit of a curve ball but my DH is coeliac (but not diabetic) and my DS Is diabetic and super suggestive of coeliac but currently symptom free. Just, if your gut is not working properly and food is not being digested that would explain you going low.

Have you been to the Dr googled it?

I have been exercising but not every day and have reduced my basal accordingly. Have visited dr Google Grinbut no help. Have appt with consultant in July and nurse couldn't see me until August Hmm spoke to one on the phone but she wasn't much help as to WHY it's happening. It just seems so drastic and I'm worried it'll all go back to normal and I'll be really high whilst I'm sorting it out! Had a full set of bloods taken yesterday so I suppose I'll see what happens there? Thanks for answering Smile

My sons old paediatric consultant used to recommend a website called run sweet for advice about BG control and exercising.
Hope someone else turns up here and I hope you get it sorted.
